|a تقوم المصالح المتعاقدة بالإعلان عن الصفقات العامة الوطنية باستخدام وسائل الإعلان، مثل النشرة الرسمية للمتعامل الاقتصادي والوكالة الوطنية للنشر والإشهار، أو من خلال الصحافة المكتوبة في الصحف اليومية الوطنية أو باستخدام النشر الإلكتروني. أما بالنسبة للمشتريات العامة المحلية، فيعلن عنها في الصحف المكتوبة المحلية أو الجهوية، أو بنشر إعلان في الأماكن العامة، مع مراعاة الحد المالي المحدد في قانون تنظيم الصفقات العامة. ونظرا لأهمية موضوع المشتريات العامة، سنناقش في هذه الدراسة النشر الصحفي والنشر الإلكتروني وتعليق الإعلان في مقار الجماعات المحلية، مع بيان الفوائد التي يتم اعتبارها نتيجة هذه المهام.
|b Contracting interests announce national public deals using advertising means, such as the official bulletin of the economic operator and the National Agency for Publication and Advertising, or through the written press in national daily newspapers or using the electronic publication. As for local public procurement, it shall be announced in the local or regional written newspapers, or by publishing an advertisement in public places, taking into account the financial limit specified in the Public Procurement Law. Given the importance of the issue of public procurement, we will discuss in this study press publication, electronic publishing, and the suspension of advertising at the headquarters of local authorities, with an indication of the benefits that are considered because of these tasks.
