المستخلص: International crimes in their various forms pose a serious threat to the peace and security of the international community, and this is why the latter had to move in order to find mechanisms to fight them and put an end to their perpetrators, through the establishment of international criminal judicial bodies, headed by the International Criminal Court, Where the most important pillars of international criminal justice were established by laying the foundation of an independent, competent international criminal system to prosecute war criminals and put them behind bars, and with the spread of armed conflicts in many regions, especially those outside the temporal and spatial jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, the search began for alternatives to suppressing crimes committed in those regions, and the establishment of International criminal courts.
