المستخلص: لا زال الوقف نهرا ثجاجا يؤدي دوره في الشهود الحضاري لأمتنا، وينبوعا سكوبا في التنمية العلمية والمعرفية. لذا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتضع لبنة في لبنات الاجتهاد الفقهي الذي يسعى لإعادة الوقف إلى واقع مشرف ومؤثر في حركة الإقلاع الحضاري لأمتنا، موضحة مشروعية الوقف في مد الجامعات ومراكز البحث بالموارد المالية لكي تؤدي رسالتها بصورة منتظمة، ولكي تسهم في تحقيق النهضة العلمية والتنموية لأمتنا. تكمن أهمية الدراسة في الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية: هل الوقف على البحث العلمي مقبول شرعا؟ ما هي الأدلة الشرعية التي يمكن أن يستند عليها الوقف على البحث العلمي؟ هل للوقف على البحث العلمي ضوابط تحكم وترشد استثماره؟ لذا احتوت الورقة ثلاثة مطالب؛ المطلب الأول: تعريف الوقف على البحث العلمي وأغراضه. المطلب الثاني: تحدثت فيه عن التأصيل الشرعي للوقف على البحث العلمي مدعم بالأدلة الشرعية من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية ومستلهمة روح الشريعة ومقاصدها وترتيب الأولويات في مراعاة المصالح بناء على فقه الواقع. المطلب الثالث: ضوابط الوقف على البحث العلمي. خاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات.

The waqf is still a stagnant river that plays its role in the civilizational witnesses of our nation, and a scuba spring in scientific and cognitive development. Therefore, this research paper came to lay a brick in the building blocks of jurisprudence that seeks to restore the endowment to an honorable and influential reality in the movement of the civilizational take-off of our nation, explaining the legitimacy of the endowment in providing universities and research centers with financial resources in order to perform their mission on a regular basis, and to contribute to achieving the scientific and developmental renaissance of our nation. The importance of the study lies in answering the following questions: Is the endowment on scientific research legally acceptable? What is the legal evidence on which the endowment can be based on scientific research? Is the endowment on scientific research controls that control and guide its investment? So the paper contained three demands; The first requirement: Defining the endowment on scientific research and its purposes. The second requirement: I talked about the legal rooting of the endowment on scientific research supported by legal evidence from the Holy Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah and inspired by the spirit and purposes of Sharia and the order of priorities in taking into account interests based on the jurisprudence of reality. The third requirement: the controls of the endowment on scientific research. A conclusion in which the most important results and recommendations are mentioned. And God Almighty I ask sincerity and acceptance, he is the guardian of that, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds.
