إن ارتباط التربية الإسلامية بمقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية يقصد به التربية المقاصدية، ومن أهم مقاصد الشريعة الضروريات الخمس وأولها وأهمها حفظ الدين، فبحفظ الدين يحفظ كل شيء سواه، وخير نموذج لحفظ الدين بعد سيرة المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم هي سيرة عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه، فقد تمسك بهذا الدين وأوصى لمن تحته، وربَّى رعيته على حفظه، فأصبحت سيرته رضي الله عنه مرجعا عظيما لكل مربٍ مسلم، يسعى إلى تربية النشء على الدين الصحيح. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الإطار المعرفي للتربية المقاصدية لحفظ الدين، وبيان التربية المقاصدية المستنبطة من سيرة عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه، واستنباط تطبيقاتها التربوية في الأسرة ووسائل الإعلام، وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في بناء شخصية مسلمة واعية، وإبراز الفوائد التربوية من سيرة عمر رضي الله عنه، وإثراء المكتبة الإسلامية بكتابات تربوية مقتبسة من نماذج إسلامية، واستفادة المربين من تطبيقاتها التربوية. وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج الاستنباطي، وتضمنت هذه الدراسة خمسة فصول تناولت في الأول الإطار المعرفي للتربية الإسلامية، واحتوى الفصل الثاني على نبذة من سيرة عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله عنه، وعرضت في الفصل الثالث حفظ الدين، واستعرضت في الفصل الرابع بعض مواقف التربية المقاصدية المتضمنة لحفظ الدين مستنبطة من سيرة عمر رضي الله عنه من حيث الوجود والعدم، وتناولت التطبيقات التربوية لحفظ الدين في الأسرة ووسائل الإعلام في الفصل الخامس. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن مقاصد الشريعة أقوى معين للتربية الإسلامية، تمسك عمر رضي الله عنه بالدين وتربية النشء عليه، إن أول ما يحفظ به الدين من جانب الوجود هو توحيد الله، ومن جانب العدم فيُحفظ عن طريق اجتناب الشرك وأهله. وقد أوصت الباحثة المهتمين بالتربية على الاعتماد على سيرة الصحابة رضي الله عنهم في المناهج التربوية، والاهتمام بمقاصد الشريعة وربطها بالتربية، وتعليم النشء تعاليم الدين الإسلامي وتحفيظهم القرآن.
The link between Islamic education and the purposes of Islamic law is meant by intentional education, Among the most important purposes of Sharia are the five necessities, the first and most important of which is the preservation of religion, By preserving religion, everything else is preserved, The best example of preserving religion after the biography of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, is the biography of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, He adhered to this religion, advised those under it, and nurtured his flock to preserve it, His biography became a great reference for every Muslim educator, He seeks to educate young people on the correct religion. This study aimed to define the cognitive framework of intentional education for preserving religion, And an explanation of the intentional education deduced from the biography of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, And elicit its educational applications in the family and the media, The importance of this study lies in building a conscious Muslim personality, And highlighting the educational benefits of Omar's biography, Enriching the Islamic library with educational writings borrowed from Islamic models, Educators benefit from its educational applications, The researcher followed the descriptive and deductive method, This study included five chapters that dealt in the first with the cognitive framework of Islamic education, The second chapter contained a summary of the biography of Omar, may God be pleased with him, In the third chapter, I presented the preservation of religion, In the fourth chapter, I reviewed some positions of intentional education that include preserving religion, deduced from Omar’s biography in terms of existence and non-existence, I dealt with educational applications for preserving religion in the family and the media in the fifth chapter. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The purposes of Sharia are the strongest aid for Islamic education, Omar adhered to religion and raised children on it, The first thing that preserves religion from the aspect of existence is the unity of God, From the side of nothingness, it is preserved by avoiding polytheism and its people. The researcher recommended those interested in education to rely on the lives of the Companions in educational curricula, Paying attention to the purposes of Sharia and linking them to education, Teaching young people the teachings of the Islamic religion and their memorization of the Qur’an.
