The adoption of the territorial approachhas caused competition between different territories seeking differentiation. In this new context, the promotion of attractiveness requires the mobilization of distinctive territorial components, where local cultural identity constitutes a major foundation. Our contribution constitutes a reflection on the methods of promoting territorial attractiveness by enhancing a component of cultural identity, which is "the Kabyle jewel" analyzed asan artisanal resource. We consider events as the major foundationofthis process, backed up by a colossal organizational effort to be able to trigger an image of an attractive territorial destination. L’avènement de l’approche territoriale a induit à une mise en concurrence des différents territoires cherchant une différenciation. Dans ce nouveau contexte, la promotion de l’attractivité passe indéniablement par la mobilisation des composantes territoriales distinctives, où l’identité culturelle locale en constitue un fondement majeur. Notre contribution se veut être une réflexion sur les modalités de promotion de l’attractivité territoriale sur la base de la valorisation d’une composante de l’identité culturelle, en l’occurrence «le bijou Kabyle» analysé en tant qu’une ressource artisanale traditionnelle. Nous considérons que l’événementiel représente le fondement majeur de ce processus, auquel s’adosse un colossal effort d’organisation pour pouvoir déclencher une image d’une destination territoriale attractive. |
