المستخلص: تناول البحث مفهوم الإسلام ومفهوم الكفر، وبيان معنى دار الإسلام عند الفقهاء قديما وحديثا، وقد تبنت الجماعات المتطرفة فكرة تكفير الحكام وتكفير المجتمع ووصفه بالجاهلية ومن ثم يجب رفع راية الجهاد ضد هذا المجتمع حكاما ومحكومين ويجب الهجرة منه لأنه أصبح دارا للكفر، ومن هنا شاع القتل والتكفير وسفك الدماء في المجتمع بسبب فهم هذه الجماعات الخاطئ لنصوص الوحي وذلك بحملها النصوص على ظاهرها وفهمها بعيدا عن السياق الذي وردت فيه، وقد عالج البحث هذه الأفكار وبيَّن أنها بنيت على فهم خاطئ، وأن قضية التكفير التي تبناها الجماعات التكفيرية ترجع إلى فكر الخوارج وهي بعيدة كل البعد عن الفهم الصحيح لعلماء الأمة، وأهل السنة والجماعة أشاعرة وماتريدية لا يكفرون أحدا من أهل القبلة على الإطلاق إلا من أنكر معلوما من الدين بالضرورة، وتناول البحث فكرة الهجرة في الوقت الحالي والرد عليها بالنصوص والبراهين وأنه لا هجرة بعد الفتح، وقد استبدل مصطلح الهجرة الآن بالمواطنة، وبين البحث أن تقسيم الديار إلى دار إسلام ودار كفر ليس له أساس فقهي، ولم يظهر هذا التقسيم في زمن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ولا في زمن الصحابة، والتقسيم الموجود في الفقه عند الأحناف بصفة خاصة هو تقسيم البلاد إلى دار إسلام ودار حرب، وهذا التقسيم قديم يقصد به التأصيل للقضايا الفقهية في عصرهم، والعلماء المعتبرون في وقتنا الحاضر يستبدلون هذا المصطلح القديم (دار الإسلام ودار الحرب) بدار السلم ودار الحرب، وقد عقدت مؤتمرات مثل مؤتمر الأزهر الذي عقد في ٢٠١٤ م بعنوان الأزهر في مواجهة الفكر المتطرف، ومؤتمر مارين وانتهت نتائجهما إلى استبدال مصطلح دار السلم ودار الحرب، بمصطلح فضاء للتسامح والتعايش، واستدلوا على هذا بوثيقة المدينة التي كانت بين النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم واليهود في المدينة وبهذا ينهار فكر الجماعات المتطرفة من أساسه.

The research addressed the concept of Islam and the concept of disbelief, and the statement of the meaning of Dar al-Islam in the jurists old and new, and extremist groups adopted the idea of atonement of rulers and atonement of society and described it as ignorant and therefore the banner of jihad against this society must be raised as rulers and rulers and must be migrated from it because it has become a house of disbelief, hence the spread of killing, atonement and bloodshed in society because of the misperception of the texts of revelation by carrying texts on their face and understanding away from the context in which they are mentioned, and the research has addressed these ideas. He pointed out that it was based on a misconception, and that the issue of atonement adopted by takfirist groups is due to the thought of the Kharijites, which is far from the correct understanding of the scholars of the nation, and the Sunnis and the community are poets and don't want to atone for any of the people of Qibla at all except those who denied knowledge of religion necessarily, and the research dealt with the idea of immigration at the present time and responded to it with texts and proofs and that there is no migration after conquest, The term migration has now been replaced by citizenship, and the research shows that the division of the house of Islam and Dar Kafr has no doctrinal basis, and this division did not appear in the time of the Prophet (pbuh) or in the time of the Sahaba, and the division in jurisprudence at the edges in particular is the division of the country into a house of Islam and a house of war. The House of War, which held conferences such as the Al-Azhar Conference held in 2014 entitled Al-Azhar in the face of extremist ideology, and the Marin Conference, the results of which ended up replacing the term Dar al-Salam and Dar al-Harb, with the term space for tolerance and coexistence, and they inferred this with the document of the city that was between the Prophet and the Jews in the city and thus collapses the ideology of extremist groups from its foundation.
