المستخلص: تعتبر تلك الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية والتي تستهدف تحديد متطلبات تطوير الوحدات الإدارية بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي كمدخل لتحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية، وذلك من خلال: تحديد المتطلبات التنسيقية اللازمة للوحدات الإدارية بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي كمدخل لتحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية، وتحديد المتطلبات التدريبية والفنية اللازمة للوحدات الإدارية بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي كمدخل لتحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية، الاجتماعية، وتحديد المتطلبات الإدارية اللازمة للوحدات الإدارية بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي كمدخل لتحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية، وتحديد المتطلبات التكنولوجية اللازمة للوحدات الإدارية بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي كمدخل لتحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية، وتحديد متطلبات الحوار المجتمعي للوحدات الإدارية بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي كمدخل لتحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية، وتحديد المعوقات التي تحول دون تطوير الوحدات الإدارية بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي كمدخل لتحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية، وتحديد المقترحات التي يمكن أن تساهم في تطوير الوحدات الإدارية بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي كمدخل لتحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ترتيب المتطلبات اللازم توافرها للوحدات الإدارية بوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي لتحسين جودة خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية للمستفيدين: متطلبات الحوار المجتمعي، المتطلبات الإدارية، المتطلبات التدريبية، المتطلبات التنسيقية، المتطلبات التكنولوجية.
