المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الأنشطة الطلابية كأحد أدوات طريقة العمل مع الجماعات في تدعيم ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى جماعات الشباب الجامعي، وكذلك التعرف على استجابات أفراد العينة حول دور الأنشطة الطلابية في تدعيم ثقافة العمل التطوعي في المتغيرات التالية: (المعرفية، والقيمية، والتطبيقية)، والكشف عن بعض المعوقات المرتبطة بذلك في (الجامعة، الطالب، المجتمع)، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في طلاب كلية التربية بالقاهرة جامعة الأزهر المشاركين في الأنشطة الطلابية بمختلف التخصصات والمستويات الدراسية، والذي بلغ عددهم ‎(240) مفردة يمارسون هذه الأنشطة وقد تم استبعاد (15‎) مفردة طبق عليها إجراءات الثبات لأداة الدراسة، ليصبح العدد الذي طبق علية الأداة النهائية بالطريقة الإلكترونية (225‎) مفردة، ووفقا لمعدل الردود والاستجابات الصحيحة على الأداة بلغ عدد الاستجابات (160)‏ مفردة، أي ما يمثل (71.1%)، علما بأن نوع الدراسة وصفية واعتمدت على دراسة الحالة في تطبيقها، وعليه جاءت النتائج العامة تؤكد أن نتائج الجانب المعرفي متوسطة، ونتائج كل من الجانب القيمي والتطبيقي ضعيفة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود معوقات تحول دون تحقيق الأنشطة الطلابية في تدعيم ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى الطلاب المشاركين فالأنشطة بنسبة كبيرة بالنسبة للجامعة، ومتوسطة بالنسبة لكل من الطالب والمجتمع.

The study aimed to identify the role of student activities as one of the tools of the method of working with groups in strengthening a culture of volunteer work among university youth groups, as well as to identify the responses of the sample members about the role of student activities in strengthening a culture of volunteer work in the following variables: (cognitive, value, and application) ,And the disclosure of some of the obstacles related to that in (the university, the student, the community), and the study community represented the students of the College of Education in Cairo, Al Azhar University, who participated in student activities in various disciplines and academic levels, whose number reached (240) individuals practicing these activities, and (15) were excluded, One on which the stability procedures of the study tool were applied, so that the number that was applied to the final tool by the electronic method became (225) individuals, and according to the rate of responses and correct responses to the tool, the number of responses reached (160) individuals, which represents (71.1%), Note that the type of study is descriptive and relied on the case study in its application, and accordingly the general results confirm that the results of the cognitive side are moderate, and the results of both the value and practical side are weak, and the study also found that there are obstacles that prevent the achievement of student activities in promoting a culture of volunteer work among students, Participation in activities is large for the university and moderate for both the student and the community.
