هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن مستويات صراع الدور وأبعاده لدى المرأة المتزوجة العاملة في مواقع قيادية بمحافظة أسيوط. وكذلك الانفصال العاطفي والتعرف على الفروق لدى المرأة المتزوجة العاملة في مواقع قيادية في صراع الدور وأبعاده وفقاً لمتغيري مدة الزواج (أقل من 5 سنوات/ أكثر من 5 سنوات)، وعدد الأبناء (أقل من ٣ أبناء / أكثر من ٣ أبناء)، والتفاعل بينهما والتعرف على الفروق لدى المرأة المتزوجة العاملة في مواقع قيادية في الانفصال العاطفي وفقاً لمتغيري مدة الزواج (أقل من 5 سنوات/ أكثر من 5 سنوات)، وعدد الأبناء (أقل من ٣ أبناء / أكثر من 3 أبناء)، والتفاعل بينهما والكشف عن وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين صراع الدور وأبعاده والانفصال العاطفي وأبعاده لدى المرأة المتزوجة العاملة في مواقع قيادية. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف قامت الباحثة بتطبيق مقياس صراع الدور لدى المرأة العاملة في مواقع قيادية (من إعداد الباحثة) ومقياس الانفصال العاطفي (من إعداد عمر الشواشرة وهبة عبدالرحمن) واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي (الارتباطي) لمناسبته لأهداف الدراسة ومجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية (التحليل العاملي التوكيدي - الثبات ماكدونالدز أوميغا لهايز- أسلوب تحليل باستخدام برنامج الأموس - IBM "SPSS" Amos V 23 - معاملات الارتباط) أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى متوسط من صراع الدور لدى المرأة المتزوجة العاملة في مواقع قيادية بمحافظة أسيوط. ووجود مستوى منخفض من الانفصال العاطفي لدى المرأة المتزوجة العاملة. وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين مدة الزواج أقل من 5 سنوات وعدد أبناء أقل من ٣ أبناء ومدة الزواج أقل من 5 سنوات وعدد الأبناء أكثر من ٣ أبناء في اتجاه مدة الزواج أقل من 5 سنوات وعدد أبناء أقل من ٣ أبناء في بعد المجال الاجتماعي وبعد المجال النفسي والدرجة الكلية للانفصال العاطفي لدى المرأة المتزوجة العاملة في مواقع قيادية. وجود علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين صراع الدور وأبعاده والانفصال العاطفي وأبعاده لدى المرأة المتزوجة العاملة في مواقع قيادية؛ حيث تراوحت قيم معاملات الارتباط بين صراع الدور وأبعاده والانفصال العاطفي وأبعاده بين (0.61-0.89)، وهي قيم دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (٠,٠١).
The aim of the research is to reveal the levels and dimensions of role conflict among married women working in leadership positions in Assiut Governorate. As well as emotional separation and identifying the differences among married women working in leadership positions in the role conflict and its dimensions according to the variables of the duration of the marriage (less than 5 years / more than 5 years), the number of children (less than 3 children / more than 3 children), interaction between them and getting to know each other. To achieve these goals, the researcher applied the scale of role conflict among women working in leadership positions (prepared by the researcher) and the scale of emotional separation (prepared by Omar Al-Shawashra and Heba Abdel-Rahman). The results showed that there is an average level of role conflict among married women working in leadership positions in Assiut Governorate. And the presence of a low level of emotional separation among the working married woman. There are statistically significant differences between the duration of marriage less than 5 years, the number of children less than 3 children, the marriage period less than 5 years, the number of children more than 3 children in the direction of the marriage duration less than 5 years, and the number of children less than 3 children in the social and domain dimensions Psychological and the total degree of emotional separation among married women working in leadership positions. The existence of a positive, statistically significant relationship between role conflict and its dimensions and emotional separation and its dimensions among married women working in leadership positions; Where the values of the correlation coefficients between role conflict and its dimensions and emotional separation and its dimensions ranged between (0.61-0.89), and they are statistically significant values at the significance level (0.01).
