|a التفكير الابتكاري أحد أنماط التفكير التي نالت اهتمام الباحثين والتي تعمل على تحقيق التقدم العلمي، فتطور الإنسانية وتقدمها مرهونان بما يمكن أن يتوفر لها من قدرت ابتكارية تمكنها دوما من أن تقدم مزيدا من الابتكارات، ولما كان فئة طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية أكثر الفئات احتياجا إلى اكتساب التفكير الابتكاري حتي يصبح لديهم القدرة على الطلاقة والقدرة على إنتاج عدد كبير من الأفكار والمرونة في التفكير والقدرة على استخدام العديد من البدائل المختلفة لحل المشكلات، والأصالة، لذلك تسعي الدراسة الحالية إلى تحقيق هدف عام وهو تنمية مهارات التفكير الابتكاري وذلك من خلال ممارسة برنامج للتدخل المهني ترتكز أنشتطه على المناقشة الجماعية بمختلف أساليبها، ولإثبات صحة فروض الدراسة تم ممارسة البرامج مع جماعة تجريبية مكونة من 15 طالب بالصف السادس الابتدائي تم اختيارهم بعد التأكد من احتياجهم إلى تنمية التفكير الابتكاري لديهم عن طريق نتائج القياس القبلي للمقياس، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى فعالية برامج التدخل المهني الذي وضعه الباحث لتنمية التفكير الابتكاري لدي الطلاب وخاصة (الطلاقة- المرونة- الأصالة).
|b Innovative thinking is one of the types of thinking that has attracted the attention of researchers and works to achieve scientific progress, and the development and progress of humanity depends on the innovative capabilities that can be available to it to always enable it to provide more innovations, And since the category of primary school students is the most in need of acquiring innovative thinking until they have the ability to fluency, the ability to produce a large number of ideas, flexibility in thinking, the ability to use many different alternatives to solve problems, and originality, Therefore, the current study seeks to achieve a general goal, which is the development of innovative thinking skills, through the practice of a professional intervention program whose activities are based on group discussion in its various methods, To prove the validity of the study’s hypotheses, the program was practiced with an experimental group of 15 students in the sixth grade of primary school who were selected after confirming their need to develop their innovative thinking through the results of the pre-measurement of the scale. students especially (Fluency - Flexibility - Originality).
