المستخلص: يتكلم هذا البحث عن مسألة معاصرة جدت في هذا العصر، وهي إهداء الأوراق النقدية مزينة بالورود وتغليفها بعدة أشكال هندسية مختلفة، ودراسة حكمها شرعا ونظاما، وهي المقصود الأول بالدراسة، وبينت أن المسألة يتجاذبها أمران: الأول: استصحاب الأصل في الأشياء والعادات، وأن الأصل هو الحل والإباحة، والثاني: الاستناد إلى قاعدة سد الذرائع، فيما قد ينتج عن هذا العمل من مفاسد وإضاعة للمال؛ مستندا في ذلك على مقاصد الشريعة، وقد مهدت لهذه المسألة بالحديث عن تعريف الأوراق النقدية، ونشأتها، وتاريخها، ثم الأصل الذي وضعت الأوراق النقدية من أجله، وتكييفها عند الفقهاء، ثم تطرق البحث لمقاصد الشريعة من حفظ المال، ومشروعية الهدية، وحكم إهداء النقود، ثم خاتمة البحث وفيها بينت أهم نتائج البحث.

This paper talks about a contemporary issue that has existed in this era, which is the gifting of banknotes decorated with flowers and wrapping them in several different geometric shapes, and the study of their Islamic rulings and systematically, which is the first purpose of the study. The researcher explained that the issue is attracted by two things: the first: the principle of Istiṣḥab al-Asl (the presumption of continuity of the principle) in things and customs, and that the principle is therefore permissible. The second: relying on the principle of Sadd al- Dharāʾiʿ (blocking the means) in what may result from this work of cormption and waste of money; Based on the purposes of Sharia. The researcher paved the way for this issue by talking about the definition of banknotes, their origin, and their history, then the principle under which the banknotes were placed, their adaptation according to Islamic Jurists. Then the paper also touched on the purposes of Sharia in saving money, the legality of gift (in Islam), the ruling of donating money, and finally the conclusion of the research in which the most important findings of the research were shown.
