|a يعد موضوع مبدأ إعمال المسئولية الجنائية الفردية أمام القضاء الجنائي الدولي والوطني من أهم موضوعات الساعة في القانون الدولي، وقد تضمن البحث إلى جانب المقدمة العامة ثلاثة مباحث رئيسه. قدم لهم بمبحث تمهيدي لبحث المسئولية الجنائية الدولية عمومًا وتناولت في المبحث الأول: الحديث عن انعقاد الاختصاص بأعمال المسئولية الجنائية الفردية أمام القضاء الجنائي الدولي والوطني، أما المبحث الثاني: فقد خصصته للحديث عن إمكانية إعمال المسئولية الجنائية الفردية أمام القضاء الجنائي الدولي الوطني والمبحث الثالث: عن تطبيق المبدأ أمام المحكمة الجنائية الدولية وانتهيت إلى خاتمه تضمنت إلى جانب سرد ما سبق بحث عدد من النتائج التي توصلت إليها بالإضافة إلى عدد من المقترحات والتوصيات لإسهام الموضوع.
|b The subject of the principle of the realization of individual criminal responsibility before the international and national criminal justice is one of the most important topics of the day in international law, and the research in addition to the general introduction included three main investigations. He presented them with a preliminary urging to discuss international criminal responsibility in general and addressed in the first topic: talking about the convening of jurisdiction of individual criminal liability before the criminal justice system. International and national, as for the second topic: I devoted it to talking about the possibility of individual criminal liability before the national international criminal justice and the third: on the application of the principle before the International criminal court and ended up with a conclusion that included, in addition to listing the above, discussed a number of the findings in addition to a number of proposals and recommendations to contribute to the topic.
