المستخلص: Criminal policy in the face of the phenomenon of corruption is a set of means and measures by the State in a period of time to combat corruption crimes, where this study came between the Islamic Sharia and positive criminal legislation because the Islamic law heavenly law came up with concepts and ideas developed in a timely manner so far where we found that Criminal policy in Islamic law has been known in Islamic legislation through the mechanisms established by Islamic law as well as legal systems to address the phenomenon of corruption and criminalization and punishment as well as preventive methods to limit the crimes of corruption, In our study, we have introduced and elaborated on the new substantive provisions of the United Nations Convention against Corruption and the mechanisms for their application, and we have discussed the new substantive rules introduced by this Convention, while the Egyptian criminal legislation has been devoid of them.
