المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الجامعات السعودية في تعزيز الفرص التنافسية بينها في ضوء رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتعزيز الفرص التنافسية في أدوار الجامعات السعودية في ضوء رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠؛ لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن تساؤلاتها، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع القيادات الجامعية (عمداء الكليات، ووكلائهم)، والبالغ عددهم (251) قياديا؛ ونظرا لمحدودية مجتمع الدراسة، جرى اتباع أسلوب الحصر الشامل، وذلك من خلال توزيع الاستبانة على كامل مجتمع الدراسة، حيث تم الحصول على (١٦٠) استبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة مكونة من (٦٣) عبارة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: - موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة (موافق إلى حد ما) على واقع أدوار الجامعات السعودية في تعزيز الفرص التنافسية بينها في ضوء رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠ بمتوسط حسابي (3.40 من 5)، واتضح أن أبرز النتائج تمثلت في بعد وظيفة خدمة المجتمع بمتوسط حسابي (٣,٤٤ من ٥)، يليها بعد وظيفة البحث العلمي بمتوسط حسابي (3.40 من 5)، وأخيرا جاء بعد وظيفة التدريس بمتوسط حسابي (٣,٣٧ من 5). - موافقة أفراد الدراسة بدرجة (موافق) على الصعوبات التي تواجه الجامعات السعودية للقيام بأدوارها في تعزيز الفرص التنافسية في ضوء رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠ بمتوسط حسابي (٣,٨٢ من ٥,٠٠)، وهو متوسط يقع في الفئة الرابعة من فئات المقياس الخماسي (من ٣.٤١ إلى ٤,٢٠)، وهي الفئة التي تشير إلى خيار موافق على أداة الدراسة.- أن أفراد الدراسة موافقون على المتطلبات التي تحتاجها الجامعات السعودية للقيام بأدوارها في تعزيز الفرص التنافسية، في ضوء رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠ بمتوسط حسابي (4,06 من 5).- وبناء على النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة فقد قدمت جملة من التوصيات، كان أهمها: التشجيع المادي والمعنوي لتحفيز المدرسين المتميزين بالجامعات؛ لدعم قيام الجامعات السعودية بأدوارها في تعزيز الفرص التنافسية. - دعم الباحثين وتشجيعهم من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب على البحوث المستقبلية.- التوسع في إنشاء الحاضنات ومراكز البحوث والمختبرات بالجامعات.- تعزيز التعاون بين الجامعة والمؤسسات المجتمعية في تحقيق احتياج المجتمع المستقبلي.- إحداث برامج وخطط عمل واضحة للمشتغلين في العمل المجتمعي.

The study aims to recognize the role of Saudi universities in promoting competitive opportunities among them in the light of Vision 2030, and to present a proposed vision for enhancing competitive opportunities in the roles of Saudi universities in the light of Vision 2030, in order to achieve the study’s objectives and answer their questions, the study used the survey descriptive curriculum, with the study community of all university leaders (deans of colleges, their agents) and leaders (251); Owing to the limited study society, the holistic accounting method was followed through the distribution of identification across the study community; Where (160) a valid statistical analysis was obtained, the study used the identification as a study tool consisting of (63) phrase. The study found the following findings: Approval of students with a degree (somewhat agreed) on the realities of the roles of Saudi universities in promoting competitive opportunities among them in light of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 with an average arithmetic (3.40 out of 5), and it turns out that the most notable results were the dimension of the community service function with an average arithmetic (3.44 out of 5), followed by the dimension of the scientific research function with an average arithmetic (3.40 out of 5), and finally the teaching function came with an average arithmetic (3.37 out of 5). The consent of the study staff to the difficulties faced by Saudi universities to play their roles in promoting competitive opportunities in the light of the 2030 Kingdom’s vision of an average arithmetic (3.82 5.00), an average located in category IV of the quinquennial scale (3. 41 to the 4. 20), which refers to an approved option for the study tool. Students agree with the requirements that Saudi universities need to play their roles in promoting competitive opportunities in light of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 with an average arithmetic (4.06 out of 5). Based on the results of the study, a number of recommendations were presented, the most important of which were: Material and moral encouragement to motivate distinguished university teachers to support Saudi universities’ role in promoting competitive opportunities. Supporting researchers and encouraging them from faculty and students for future research. Expansion of the establishment of incubators, research centers and laboratories at universities. Strengthening cooperation between the University and community institutions in realizing the needs of the future community. Create clear programmers and action plans for community workers.
