المستخلص: The purpose of this article is to understand the mechanism of the block chain, which is originally an innovation in the service of crypto currency. This technology has invaded other areas of economic and social life. For this, we ask ourselves the question of what would be its implications on investment, with regard to alternative financing opportunities to be exploited by the actors. It will also be a question of highlighting the risks inherent in the system, which is considered to be energy-intensive.

l’objet de cet article, est de comprendre le mécanisme de la blockchain, qui est à l’origine une innovation au service de la cryptomonnaie. Cette technologie a investi d’autres domaines de la vie économique et sociale. Pour cela on se pose la question de savoir, quelles seraient ses implications sur l’investissement, s’agissant des opportunités de financement alternatif à exploiter par les acteurs. Il sera question aussi, de mettre en exergue les risques inhérents au système, qui est considéré comme étant énergivore.
