المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف على توفر شروط عقد القيادة، المتمثلة بالقيادة قرار، والقيادة التزام، والقيادة عمل شاق، والقيادة مجتمع بأكمله، في القادة الإداريين في جامعة تكريت، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في طرح الأفكار النظرية والمفاهيمية، ومعالجة البيانات وتفسيرها، وحدد ميدان الدراسة بكليات جامعة تكريت، وتمثل مجتمع البحث بـــــــــ(1042) فرداً ،اختيرت منهم عينة غير عشوائية (قصدية) بواقع (259) فرداً من الملاك التدريسي من حملة لقب (أستاذ، أستاذ مساعد)، وقد وزعت الاستبانة بشكل إلكتروني وهي الأداة الرئيسة للدراسة، ليسترد منها (259) استبانة، وتم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة باستخدام عدد من الوسائل الإحصائية، ومن هذه الأساليب (الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الاختلاف، التحليل العاملي التوكيدي)، بالاعتماد على برنامجSPSS) ) وحزمة (AMOS)، وفي ضوء ذلك تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها التزام القادة في جامعة تكريت بشروط عقد القيادة مما يوجد لديهم التزام عالي تجاه تحقيق أهداف الجامعة والمجتمع والإيفاء بأعباء الدور القيادي، وقد اختتمت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أبرزها أن يتم إيلاء المزيد من الاهتمام في توضيح أدوار ومسؤوليات القائد للمرشحين للمنصب القيادي من خلال عقد الندوات والحلقات النقاشية التي تسهم في توضيح الالتزامات المطلوبة من القادة تجاه جميع أصحاب المصلحة، وضرورة تحقيق التوازن بين مصالحهم.

The study aimed to identify the availability of the conditions of the leadership contract, represented by the leadership, the leadership, the commitment, the leadership is a hard work, and the leadership is an entire society, in administrative leaders at Tikrit University, and the descriptive analytical approach used to present theoretical and conceptual ideas, data processing and interpretation, and identified the field of study in colleges Tikrit University, and the research community represents (1042) individuals, A non -random sample (intention) was chosen from them (259) individuals from the teaching angel from the title of the title (Professor, Assistant Professor), The questionnaire was distributed electronically, the main tool of the study, to recover (259) questionnaires, and the hypotheses of the study were tested using a number of statistical means, including these methods (arithmetic medium, standard deviation, variation cofficient, confirmatory factor analysis), Based on the PROGRAM (SPSS) and the AMOS package, and in light of this, several results have been reached, most notably the commitment of the leaders at Tikrit University to the terms of the leadership contract, which they have a high commitment to achieve the goals of the university and society and meet the burdens of the leadership role, The study concluded with a number of recommendations, most notably that more attention should be paid to clarifying the roles and responsibilities of the leader to the candidates for the leadership position through seminars and panel discussions that contribute to clarifying the commitments required of leaders towards all stakeholders, and the need to balance their interests.
