|a نظراً لتأثيرها على تكلفة المشروع وتاريخ الانتهاء، فإن أوامر التغيير هي أكثر الأحداث المتعلقة بالمشروع إزعاجاَ وغير سارة. أوامر التغيير في مشاريع الطرق السريعة هي موضوع هذه الدراسة. يعرف أي تغيير في شروط عقد المشروع بواسطة المالك أو ممثل المالك باسم أمر التغيير. قد يتضمن أمر التغيير العمل الذي تمت إضافته أو طرحه من النطاق الأولي للعقد، وتغيير سعر العقد الأصلي و/أو تاريخ الإكمال. تتضمن معظم المشاريع أوامر تغيير وتستخدمها المشاريع الكبيرة بشكل متكرر. تعد أسباب الطلبات المتغيرة وتأثيرها على الوقت والتكلفة هي الموضوعات الرئيسية لهذه الدراسة. للتعامل مع أوامر التغيير لمشاريع الطرق في الأردن، يوصى باستخدام نظام إدارة. تم جمع المعلومات من مصدرين. استبانة المسح الذي تم إجراؤه على مدير المشروع والمقاول هو الاستبانة الرئيسي. الثانوية تأتي من مشروع طريق سريع منتهي. تعد التغييرات في الجدول الزمني، وتفاصيل التصميم المربكة، وتغييرات الخطة أو النطاق، وتعارض مستندات العقد، ونقص التنسيق، واعتبارات السلامة، والقضايا المالية للعميل، وتغييرات تصميم المستشار، والتغييرات في القواعد الحكومية من الأسباب العشرة الأولى، وفقاً لنتائج الاستطلاع. التأخيرات الزمنية، وتجاوز التكاليف، وارتفاع التكاليف العامة، ودوران الفريق المهني وفريق المشروع، وطلبات التباين هي الآثار الرئيسية لهذه التأثيرات. وفقاً لنتائج البحث، تم اقتراح نظام إدارة طوال دورة حياة المشروع (مراحل المفاهيم والتصميم والبناء) للتحكم في حدوث التغييرات وبالتالي تقليل آثارها. تم تقييم هذا النظام من خلال استبانة آخر وأظهرت النتائج أن النظام المقترح سيكون أداة ناجحة للتحكم في حدوث أوامر التغيير في مشاريع الطرق السريعة في الأردن.
|b Due to their effects on the project's cost and completion date, variation orders are the most upsetting and unpleasant project-related events. The variation orders in highway projects are the subject of this study. Any alteration to a project's contract conditions made by the owner or the owner's representative is known as a variation order. A variation order might include work that is added to or subtracted from the initial scope of a contract, changing the original contract price and/or completion date. Most projects involve change orders, and large projects use them rather frequently. The reasons for variant orders and their effects on time and cost are the main topics of this study. To handle the variation orders of roadway projects in Jordan, a management system is recommended. The information was gathered from two sources The survey questionnaire that was administered to the project manager and contractor is the main one. The secondary comes from a, finished highway project. Schedule changes, confusing design details, plan or scope changes, contract document conflicts, a lack of coordination, safety considerations, client financial issues, consultant design changes, and changes in governmental rules are the top ten causes, according to the survey results. Time delays, cost overruns, a rise in overhead costs, professional and project team turnover, and variation requests are the main effects of these. According to the research findings, a management system has been proposed throughout the project lifecycle (conceptual, design, and construction stages) to control the occurrence of variations and as a result, reduce their impacts. This system was evaluated through another questionnaire and the results showed that the proposed system would be a successful tool for controlling variation orders occurrence in the highway projects in Jordan.
