المستخلص: تناولت هذه الدراسة واقع التنظيم الإداري في القطاع الرياضي بوزارة الشباب والرياضة، ويعتبر هذا الموضوع من المواضيع الهامة بالنسبة للمؤسسات الرياضية، نظرا لحاجتها الملحة لاستخدام مختلف الأساليب والمبادئ المنظمة للعمل الإداري والتي تستطيع من خلالها السيطرة على كافة الأعمال الداخلية من جهة والقدرة والجاهزية للتعامل مع جميع التقلبات والمؤثرات الخارجية بالإضافة إلى ضمان سير العمل وتحقيق الأهداف من جهة ثانية، وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التنظيم الإداري ودوره في القطاع الرياضي، ومعرفة أهم المبادئ الضرورية للتنظيم الإداري وعلاقتها بالوظائف الإدارية المختلفة في القطاع الرياضي بوزارة الشباب والرياضة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما بلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (120) موظف من مجتمع عينة الدراسة في القطاع الرياضي، وكان أداة الدراسة هو الاستبيان الذي تم تصميمه بعد المقابلات الشخصية والدراسات الاستطلاعية وبما يتماشى مع الواقع، واستخدم الباحث المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة للدراسة، ومن أهم الاستنتاجات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن واقع التنظيم الإداري في القطاع الرياضي ضعيف، ويعاني من العديد من المشاكل والمعوقات الإدارية والمالية والبشرية. وعلى هذا فقد أقترح الباحث إعداد اللوائح والقواعد والتشريعات اللازمة لتنظيم العمل الإداري والرياضي وتوضيحها، وتفعيل دور الرقابة وتوفير أنظمة الاتصال الحديثة لتنظيم الأعمال وربطها بالوظائف الإدارية الأخرى لتحسين الأداء وتحقيق الأهداف.

This study dealt with the reality of administrative organization in the sport sector of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and this topic is considered one of the important topics for sports institutions, given their urgent need to use various methods and principles regulating administrative work, through which they can control all internal work on the one hand, ability and readiness to deal with all fluctuations And external influences, in addition to ensuring the progress of work and achieving goals on the other hand, this study aimed to identify the reality of administrative organization and its role in the sport sector, and to know the most important principles necessary for administrative organization and their relationship to various administrative functions in the sport sector in the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, The number of the study sample members reached (120) employees from the study sample community in the sport sector, and the study tool was the questionnaire that was designed after personal interviews and survey studies in line with reality, and the researcher used the appropriate statistical treatments for the study, and one of the most important conclusions reached by the study The reality of administrative organization in the sport sector is weak , and suffers from many administrative, financial and human problems and obstacles, and accordingly the researcher suggested preparing the necessary regulations, rules and legislation for organizing administrative and sports work, activating the role of oversight and providing modern communication systems to organize business and linking them with other administrative functions to improve performance and achieve goals.
