المستخلص: The concept of good governance has imposed itself throughout the world, it indeed contains all the aspects of the political, economic and social life of a country. Two essential objectives characterize our paper: to highlight the indicators that highlight the concept of good governance on the one hand and on the other hand to highlight the different forms of governance and the fundamental levers to be implemented to promote good governance. governance in companies and institutions in Algeria.

Le concept de bonne gouvernance s’est imposé à travers le monde, il renferme en effet, l’ensemble des aspects de la vie politique, économique et sociale d’un pays. Deux objectifs essentiels caractérisent notre papier: mettre en exergue les indicateurs qui mettent en évidence le concept de bonne gouvernance d’une part et d’autre part mettre en lumière les différentes formes de gouvernance et les leviers fondamentaux à mettre en oeuvre pour promouvoir la bonne gouvernance dans les entreprises et les institutions en Algérie.
