المستخلص: سنتناول في هذا المقال قضية الإعاقة والعمل. سنحلل التمثيلات الاجتماعية التي قدمها زملاء الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة. للقيام بذلك، سنجري تحقيقا ميدانيا داخل شركة رمدي الخاصة التي تقع في بجاية بالجزائر. بناء على أسلوب نوعي وتقنية المقابلة شبه المنظمة.

In this article, we will address the issue of disability and employment. We will analyze the social representations are the colleagues of people with disabilities. To do this, we will conduct a field survey, within the private company Ramdy located at Bejaia in Algeria. Based on a qualitative method and technique of semi-directed interview.

Dans ce présent article, nous allons traiter la question du handicap et l’emploi. Nous analyserons les représentations sociales que se font les collègues des personnes en situation de handicap. Pour ce faire, nous allons mener une enquête de terrain, au sein de l’entreprise privée Ramdy qui se trouve à Bejaia en Algérie. En se basant sur une méthode qualitative et sur la technique d’entretien semi-directif.
