We will analyze the social representations are the colleagues of people with disabilities. To do this, we will conduct a field survey, within the private company Ramdy located at Bejaia in Algeria. Based on a qualitative method and technique of semi-directed interview. |d Dans ce présent article, nous allons traiter la question du handicap et l’emploi. Nous analyserons les représentations sociales que se font les collègues des personnes en situation de handicap. Pour ce faire, nous allons mener une enquête de terrain, au sein de l’entreprise privée Ramdy qui se trouve à Bejaia en Algérie. En se basant sur une méthode qualitative et sur la technique d’entretien semi-directif. | ||
