|a هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على الأسباب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والصحية والنفسية المؤدية للمشكلات والخلافات الأسرية بين الزوجين من وجهة نظر أعضاء مكاتب الإصلاح الأسري في المحاكم الشرعية في الأردن، وبيان الحلول المقترحة لعلاج تلك المشاكل والخلافات من وجهة نظر أعضاء مكاتب الإصلاح الأسري، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تطبيق أداة الدراسة والتي كانت عبارة عن استبانة مكونة من (30) موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات على أفراد عينة الدراسة البالغ عددهم (127) عضو من أعضاء مكاتب الإصلاح الأسري في المحاكم الشرعية الأردنية، إذ أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الأسباب الاجتماعية من أكثر الأسباب المؤدية للمشكلات والخلافات الأسرية بين الزوجين، تليها الأسباب الاقتصادية، أما الأسباب الصحية والنفسية فقد كانت الأقل تأثيرا في إحداث المشكلات والخلافات الأسرية بين الزوجين، كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود مجموعة من الحلول والمقترحات لعلاج المشكلات والخلافات الأسرية بين الزوجين من وجهة أعضاء مكاتب الإصلاح الأسري في الأردن، كان أبرزها ضرورة عدم إفشاء الأسرار الزوجية من قبل الزوجين للأهل والأقارب والأصدقاء، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد دورات وندوات توعوية وثقافية للمقبلين على الزواج من كلا الجنسين (ذكر، أنثى) من أجل تعريفهم بالحقوق والواجبات المترتبة عليهما، وبيان أهمية الحياة الزوجية وقدسيتها
|b This study aimed to identify the social, economic, health and psychological causes that lead to family problems and disputes between spouses from the point of view of members of the family reform offices in the Sharia courts in Jordan. In addition, to clarify the proposed solutions to treat these problems and disputes from the point of view of the members of the family reform offices. In addition, to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers followed the approach Descriptive and analytical. through the application of the study tool, which consisted of a questionnaire consisting of (30) distributed over three areas on the study sample of (127) members of the family reform offices in the Jordanian Sharia courts. The results of the study showed that the social causes of the most common causes leading to family problems and disputes between spouses, followed by economic reasons, while health and psychological reasons were the least influential in causing family problems and disputes between spouses. The study made a number of suggested solutions the most prominent of which was the necessity not to disclose marital secrets by spouses to family relatives and friends. The study recommended the necessity of holding awareness and cultural courses and seminars for those who are about to marry of both sexes (male and female) in order to familiarize them with the rights and duties entailed by them. and to show the importance and sanctity of married life.
