تناولت الدراسة اقتصاديات الوقف (رؤية شرعية) حيث يعتبر الوقف معاملة شرعية تجمع بين الهبة والصدقة، نبعت أهمية الدراسة من أهمية الوقف باعتباره موردا اقتصاديا مهما له إسهامات بارزة في إعادة ترتيب علاقات المجتمع، تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أن هنالك قصور تطبيقي للنصوص التي تقر الوقف في الواقع العملي رغم وجود التشريعات المنظمة للوقف، هدفت الدراسة التي بيان دور الوقف في تحقيق الرفاهية الاجتماعية والتنمية الاقتصادية وتنمية رأس المال البشري، وذلك وفقا للضوابط الشرعية، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي والمنهج المقارن، توصلت التي عدد من النتائج أهمها: إن تجربة الأسهم والصناديق الوقفية التي أدت لنتائج مثمرة وبأهداف واضحة تأكد أنه اصبح واجبا على كافة المسؤولين وأصحاب القرار في البلاد الإسلامية أن يفعلوا دور الأوقاف حتى تؤدى الدور المنوط بها كافة، كذلك يعد استثمار الوقف مجالا من مجالات تعديل الأموال وعدم تركزها في ناحية معينة وذلك بتداولها وإعادة توزيعها بين أفراد المجتمع ممن يحسنون استغلالها الأمر الذي يعود نفسه على المجتمع ويحقق له النمو الاقتصادي، أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها: يجب التوازن في الاستثمارات بين المتوسطة والبعيدة المدى، كما يجب عدم تعريض أموال الوقف للمخاطر وتقديم الضمانات من قبل المستثمرين.
The study addressed the endowment’s economics (legalization vision) where the endowment is considered as a legal dealings as well as gift or charity (Sadaga). The importance of the study dwelled with the important of the endowment itself, considering that it’s an economical source which has a great contribution in rearrangement of the society relations, the problem of the study represented in the shortest of applying the text s that declare the practical endowment despite of the existing of the legislations of organizing endowment, the study aimed to explain the role of endowment in improving the social pleasure and economic development and also developing the human capital’s recourse, in accordance to the control legislations, the study followed the descriptive analytical and comparison method, the study achieved several results as: the experiment of shares and fund’s endowment which let to fruitful results with clear objectives that insure that all officials and the decision makers in the Islamic countries have to affect the role of endowment to do the best role economically, also to invest the endowment is one of the fields that may amendment money and not to be focused in special categories, after its alternative and reiterative between the community to improve its uses to return positively to the community and improvement the economic growth, the study recommended several recommendations, the most important of them as its necessity to balance in investments between meddle and long differ, also must not facing risks and let investors provide guarantees.
