المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة أسلوب تشغيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة مدربين لأقرانهم لإكسابهم المهارات المهنية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طبقت الباحثة استبيان لتقييم عينة الدراسة ويتكون الاستبيان من ٣ أجزاء ويضمن الجزء الأول السمات الشخصية والعلاقات والجزء الثاني بالمهارات الإدارية والقيادية والجزء الثالث يشمل المهارات العملية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المدربين من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة أكثر تفهمًا لحالات الأقران وأكثر قدرة على التنظيم والمعرفة وتحمل المسئولية، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أسلوب تشغيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة مدربين لأقرانهم ساهم في تطوير المهارات الاجتماعية وتكوين الصداقات وتوجيه بعضهم البعض على العمل. وتشير الدراسة إلى أهمية تطبيق هذا الأسلوب من خلال عقد برامج التأهيل المهني. وقدمت الدراسة عددًا من التوصيات والمقترحات؛ لتعزيز فعالية تشغيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة مدربين لأقرانهم بما يتفق مع التوجهات العالمية ورؤية المملكة العربية السعودية ٢٠٣٠ في التمكين والتنمية المستدامة.

The current study aimed to identify the method of employing persons with disabilities as trainers for their peers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher applied a questionnaire to evaluate the study sample. The questionnaire consisted of 3 parts. The first part included personal characteristics and relationships, the second part included managerial and leadership skills, and the third part included practical skills. The results of the study concluded that the trainers of persons with disabilities are more understanding of peer situations and more understanding. For peer cases and more able to organize, knowledge and bear responsibility, and as the results showed on the method of employing persons with disabilities, trainers for their peers contributed to the development of social skills, forming friendships and guiding each other to work. The results indicate the importance of applying this method through holding vocational rehabilitation programs. The study presented a number of recommendations and suggestions; To enhance the effectiveness of employing persons with disabilities as trainers for their peers in line with global trends and the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 in empowerment and sustainable development.
