هدف البحث الوصفي: تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد أهم التأثيرات التي تسببها المتابعة النشطة لهذه المنصات، والتعرف على القيم الإيجابية والسلبية التي تقدمها المسلسلات والأفلام المعروضة عبر المنصات الرقمية. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، حيث تم اختيار عينة قوامها (217) مفردة من مشتركي المنصات الرقمية، علما أن هذا البحث ينتمي إلى الدراسات الوصفية التي تستهدف تصوير وتحليل وتقويم خصائص مجموعة معينة، أو موقف معين يغلب عليه صفة التحديد، أو دراسة الحقائق الراهنة المتعلقة بطبيعة ظاهرة أو موقف، وذلك بهدف الحصول على معلومات كافية ودقيقة عنها. فصول البحث: انقسم البحث إلى ثلاث فصول رئيسية، اشتمل الفصل الأول على الإطار النظري للبحث، بينما أشتمل الفصل الثاني الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة الميدانية، وأشتمل الفصل الثالث على تحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية ومناقشتها. نتائج البحث وتوصياته: من أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها هذه الدراسة أن من أهم تأثيرات مشاهدة منصة (Netflix, starzplay) على النسق القيمي التشجيع على العنف والشذوذ الجنسي والخيانة وإهمال الفرائض الدينية والإدمان على الكحول والمخدرات والحقد الرغبة فالانتقام، كما أوضحت النتائج أن غالبية أفراد العينة يرون أن المضامين المقدمة غير أخلاقية فالغالب ورغم ذاك هم يتابعون ويشتركون في هذه المنصات وهذا يدل على أن هذه المنصات نجحت في التأثير على الجمهور السعودي، كما أوضحت الدراسة أن غالبية أفراد العينة مشتركين في منصة نتفلكس، ومن إيجابيات الأفلام والمسلسلات المقدمة عبر هذه المنصات تطوير اللغة الإنجليزية والانفتاح على ثقافات أخرى، أما بالنسبة لسلبيات المقدمة عبر المسلسلات والأفلام فقد روجت أغلبها لشذوذ الجنسي ومبدأ اللادين والخيانة الزوجية وزيادة الوزن واضطرابات فالنوم والانعزال عن الأسرة، أما بالنسبة للمقترحات للحد من تأثير هذه المنصات زيادة الاهتمام بالمحتوى الإعلامي المقدم في وسائل الإعلام السعودية.
Research subject: The impact of active viewing of online digital platforms on the values of Saudi society: “Netflix and StarsPlay as a model. Researcher Name: Reham abed aladwany. Research purpose: The study aims to monitor the most important effects caused by the active follow-up of these platforms, and to identify the positive and negative values offered by series and films shown on digital platforms. The study relied on the descriptive approach, and the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting study data, where a sample of (217) subscribers of digital platforms was selected, knowing that this research belongs to the descriptive studies that aim to portray, analyze and evaluate the characteristics of a particular group, or a particular situation dominated by Defining, or the study of current facts related to the nature of a phenomenon or situation, with the aim of obtaining sufficient and accurate information about it. Search Sections: The research was divided into three main chapters, the first chapter included the theoretical framework of the research, while the second chapter included the methodological procedures of the field study, and the third chapter included the analysis and discussion of the results of the field study. The Main findings and recommendations: One of the most important findings of this study is that one of the most important effects of watching the platform (Netflix, starzplay) on the value system is the encouragement of violence, homosexuality, betrayal, neglect of religious obligations, addiction to alcohol and drugs, hatred and the desire for revenge. The results also showed that the majority of the sample members believe that the contents presented are immoral, as most, despite that, they follow and participate in these platforms, and this indicates that these platforms have succeeded in influencing the Saudi audience. The series presented through these platforms develop the English language and openness to other cultures. As for the negative aspects of the series and films, most of them promoted homosexuality, the principle of non-religion, marital infidelity, weight gain, sleep disorders and isolation from the family.
