|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير عمادات شؤون الطلاب في الجامعات الحكومية الناشئة في ضوء برنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية، وتحديد متطلبات تطوير عمادات شؤون الطلاب فيها. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الوثائقي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، كان من أبرزها ما يلي: 1. أن تطوير عمادات شؤون الطلاب بالجامعات الناشئة عملية إدارية مستمرة، مرهونة بالتخطيط العلمي السليم، وبالتكامل مع البرامج الوطنية، والعمل على تحقيقها. 2. أن تطوير عمادات شؤون الطلاب بالجامعات الناشئة يستلزم المراجعة والتقويم المستمر لكافة العمليات والبرامج. 3. أن تطوير عمادات شؤون الطلاب بالجامعات الناشئة يرتبط بتوفير كافة المتطلبات اللازمة لخدمة العمادات، وتحقيق أهدافها. وقدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا لتطوير عمادات شؤون الطلاب بالجامعات الناشئة في ضوء برنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية.
|b The study aimed to propose a vision for the development of the Deanships of Student Affairs in emerging public universities in the light of the Human Capacity Development program, and to determine the requirements for the development of their Deanships of Student Affairs. The descriptive, documentary, and analytical methods were used to achieve the objectives of the study. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are the following: 1. The development of Deanships of Student Affairs in emerging universities is a continuous administrative process, subject to sound scientific planning, integration with national programs, and work to achieve them. 2. The development of Deanships of Student Affairs in emerging universities requires continuous review and evaluation of all operations and programs. 3. The development of the Deanships of Student Affairs in the emerging universities is linked to providing all the necessary requirements to serve the deanships and achieve their goals. It also presented a proposed vision for the development of the Deanships of Student Affairs in emerging universities in the light of the Human Capacity Development Program.
