هدفت الدراسة تقويم البرنامج الحالي للتربية العملية بكلية التربية زنجبار مقارنة مع المعايير العلمية لعملية التقويم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من الطلبة المعلمين ببرنامج التربية العملية بكلية التربية زنجبار والبالغ عددهم (498)، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والمساعدة بالكلية والبالغ عددهم (96). وأداة الدراسة استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة محاور هي (تخطيط، تنفيذ، تقويم) برنامج التربية العملية تشتمل على (55) فقرة تم التأكد من صدقها (الصدق الظاهري، صدق الاتساق الداخلي، الصدق البنائي) وثباتها. والمعالجات الإحصائية، المستخدمة هي معادلة سبيرمان– براون، معامل ألفا كرونباخ، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، الوزن النسبي واختبارT-test. أظهرت النتائج: * أن درجة توافر المعايير (التخطيط، التنفيذ، التقويم) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة المعلمين كانت قليلة. * لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة المعلمين حول توافر معايير تقويم برنامج التربية العملية بكلية التربية زنجبار وفقا لمتغير المهنة. * لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات الطلبة حول توافر معايير تقويم برنامج التربية العملية بكلية التربية زنجبار وفقا لمتغير التخصص. * لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات الطلبة حول توافر معايير تقويم برنامج التربية العملية بكلية التربية زنجبار وفقا لمتغير الجنس. وكان من أهم التوصيات * إعادة النظر في برنامج التربية العملية بحيث يلبي معايير البرنامج الفعال، وإعداد الطالب المعلم بشكل جيد في جميع المهارات. * إعداد دليل للتربية العملية في جامعة عدن وإعادة النظر في الخطة الدراسية فيما يتعلق بالتربية العملية. * نشر وثائق الورشة التقويمية وإصدار لائحة التربية العملية وافتتاح قسم للتربية العملية. * توفير مصادر للتربية العملية وتوجيه الدراسات العليا (ماجستير ودكتوراه) للبحث فيها وحل مشكلاتها.
This study aimed at evaluating the current progamme of Practical Education at the Faculty of Education- Zingobar in comparison with the scientific standards of Practical Education. The researcher used the descriptive analytical research method. The sample of the study consisted of (498) of the teacher-students of Practical Education progarmme and (96) of the teaching staff and their assistants at the Faculty of Education- Zingobar. The instrument of the study was a questionnaire consisted of three sections: planning, execution and evaluation of the Practical Education progamme. It consisted of (55) items which were found valid (External Validity, Internal Consistent Validity, Structure Validity) reliable. The statistical treatments used were: Spearman- Brown Formula, Cronbach alpha factor, mean, standard deviation, relative weight, and the t-test. The findings showed: * It was found that the standards (planning, executions, and evaluation) were little, from the viewpoint of the teachers and teacher-students. * There were no differences between the score mean of teachers and teacher-students at the availability of the standards of evaluating the Practical Education programme according to the occupation variable, at the Faculty of Education- Zingobar. * There were no differences between the score mean of students at the availability of the standards of evaluating the Practical Education programme according to the specialization variable, at the Faculty of Education- Zingobar. * There were no differences between the score mean of students at the availability of the standards of evaluating the Practical Education programme according to the sex variable, at the Faculty of Education- Zingobar. The most important recommendations: * It was recommended to review the Practical Education programme in order to fulfill the standards of effective programme, and prepare the teacher- student well at all skills. * Preparing a guide of Practical Education at the University of Aden and to review the syllabus of Practical Education. * Publishing the papers of evaluating workshop, issuing the regulation of practical education and opening a department of practical education. * Providing resources for practical education and orienting higher studies (Master and Doctorate) to investigate this topic and resolve its problems.
