المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي التعرفة على: - 1-العلاقات الإيجابية لدى المرشدين التربويين. 2-الحضور الوجودي لدى المرشدين التربويين. ٣-طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين الحضور الوجودي والعلاقات الإيجابية لدى المرشدين التربويين. وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وباستخدام الأداتين: - قامت الباحثة ببناء مقياس العلاقات الإيجابية وكذلك ببناء مقياس الحضور الوجودي وتمكنت الباحثة من صياغة (٢٩) فقرا للمقياس الحضر الوجودي و(2٢) فقر للمقياس العلاقات الإيجابية أما البدائل فقد كانت خمسة بدائل أمام كل فقرة وهي تنطبق علي (دائما ، غالبا ، أحياناً، نادراً، لا ابدأ ) وقد تأكدت الباحثة من الصدق الظاهري لأداتا البحث وذلك بعرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء كما أجرت الخصائص السيكومترية الأخرى من ثبات وتمييز لأداتا البحث إذ تم استخرج الثبات بطريقتين هما طريقة الفا كرونباخ وطريقة إعادة الاختبار وكان مقدار ثبات مقياس العلاقات الإيجابية بطريقة الفا كرونباخ يساوي (0.79) ، كما استخرجت الباحثة الثبات لمقياس الحضور الوجودي بطريقة إعادة الاختبار والذي بلغ (0.77). وتكونت العينة من (١٢٠) مرشداً ومرشدة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية موزعين على مديرات تربية بغداد وبنسبة 22% من المجتمع الأصلي. نتائج الدراسة ١-أن العلاقات الإيجابية لدى المرشدين التربويين لديهم مرتفع بشكل عام. 2-أن الحضور الوجودي لدى المرشدين التربويين مرتفعة بشكل عام. ٣-أن العلاقة بين الحضور الوجودي والعلاقات الإيجابية علاقة طردية، مما يدل على أن عينة البحث لديهم حضور الوجودي إيجابيا مرتفعا يقابله العلاقات الإيجابية مرتفعة وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات كان أهمها: ١-عمل برامج تدريبية وورش عمل للمرشدين التربويين لتنمية الحضور الوجودي والعلاقات الإيجابية فضلا عن تدريبهم على وضع الخطط والتصورات لأهدافهم المستقبلية وطرق تحقيقها. وقد اقترحت الباحثة القيام بعدد من الدراسات المستقبلية منها: ١ -أثر الحضور الوجودي في الصحة النفسية ودافع الإنجاز والكفاءة الذاتية لدى المرشدين التربويين. 2-علاقة العلاقات الإيجابية بالمساندة الاجتماعية والتوافق مع الضغوط ومواجهتها لدى المرشدين التربويين.

The current research aims at identifying: 1- Positive relationships in educational counselors. 2- Existential presence of educational counselors. 3- The nature of the correlative relationship between existential presence and positive relationships among educational counselors. The descriptive correlative approach is used by using the two tools: The researcher has built the scale of positive relations, as well as the scale of existential presence. The researcher is able to formulate (29) items for the scale of existential presence and (22) items for the scale of positive relations. As for the alternatives, there are five alternatives in front of each item and they applicable to me (always, often, sometimes, rarely, never). The researcher confirmed the face validity of the research tools by presenting it to a group of experts. The researcher also confirmed other psychometric properties of reliability and discrimination of the research tools. The reliability is ascertained in two ways, namely the Alpha Cronbach method and the retest method. (0.79), and the researcher extracted the reliability of the existential attendance scale by re-testing, which amounted to (0.77). The sample consists of (120) male and female counselors who are chosen by the stratified random method distributed among the directorates of Baghdad education at a rate of 22% of the original community. Results 1- The positive relations of educational counselors are high in general. 2- The existential presence of educational counselors is generally high. 3- The relationship between existential presence and positive relationships is a positive relationship, which indicates that the research sample have a high positive existential presence corresponding to high positive relationships. In light of the results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: 1- Conducting training programs and workshops for educational counselors to develop existential presence and positive relationships, as well as training them to develop plans and visions for their future goals and ways to achieve them. The researcher suggested conducting a number of future studies, including: 1- The effect of existential presence on mental health, achievement motivation and self-efficacy among educational counselors. 2- The relationship of positive relationships with social support and compatibility with pressures and confronting them among educational counselors
