المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على واقع ومعوقات تطبيق برنامج المسارات للمرحلة الثانوية في تلبية احتياجات سوق العمل السعودي، وفق رؤية المملكة 2030 من وجهة نظر مديرات المدارس؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث طبقت على عينة من مديرات المدارس والتي بلغ عددها (60) مديرة، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها: أن المتوسط الحسابي العام لعبارات محور واقع تطبيق برنامج المسارات للمرحلة الثانوية في تلبية احتياجات سوق العمل السعودي في ظل رؤية 2030، بلغ 3.29 بانحراف معياري 1.16 مما يشير إلى أن هناك محايدة بين أفراد الدراسة على عبارات هذا المحور والذي يدل على....، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك موافقة بشدة بين أفراد الدراسة على وجود معوقات تطبيق برنامج المسارات للمرحلة الثانوية في تلبية احتياجات سوق العمل السعودي في ظل رؤية المملكة 2030، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام لعبارات هذا المحور 4.24 بانحراف معياري 0.890، ومن أبرز تلك المعوقات: كثرة الأعباء التدريسية والإدارية الملقاة على عاتق المعلم، عدم وجود خطة تدريبية شاملة وواضحة تتعلق بنظام مسارات التعليم، ضعف التجهيزات والمرافق التي تخدم الطلاب في نظام المسارات التعليمي، عدم تأهيل المعلمين والمشرفين بما يتماشى مع تطلعات نظام مسارات التعليم. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع خطة تدريبية شاملة وواضحة تتعلق بنظام مسارات التعليم. والعمل على تأهيل المعلمين والمشرفين بما يتماشى مع تطلعات نظام مسارات التعليم، والعمل على زيادة الوعي بأهمية وأهداف نظام مسارات التعليم، وضرورة توفير التجهيزات والمرافق التي تخدم الطلاب في نظام المسارات.

The current study aimed to identify the reality and obstacles of implementing the Pathways Program for the secondary stage in meeting the needs of the Saudi labor market, in accordance with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, from the perspective of school principals. The descriptive method was employed to achieve the study's objectives, and a questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of school principals, totaling 60 participants. The study concluded with several notable findings. The average score for the reality of implementing the Pathways Program for the secondary stage in meeting the needs of the Saudi labor market, based on Vision 2030, was 3.29, with a standard deviation of 1.16. This indicates a neutral stance among the study participants regarding this aspect. Additionally, the study revealed strong agreement among participants regarding the existence of obstacles in implementing the Pathways Program for the secondary stage to meet the needs of the Saudi labor market under Vision 2030. The average score for this aspect was 4.24, with a standard deviation of 0.890. The prominent obstacles identified include the heavy teaching and administrative workload on teachers, the absence of a comprehensive and clear training plan related to the education pathway system, inadequate equipment and facilities for students in the education pathway system, and a lack of qualification among teachers and supervisors aligned with the goals of the education pathway system. The study recommended the necessity of developing a comprehensive and clear training plan related to the education pathway system. It also emphasized the importance of working to qualify teachers and supervisors in line with the aspirations of the education pathway system. Additionally, the study highlighted the need to increase awareness of the importance and objectives of the education pathway system and stressed the necessity of providing equipment and facilities that serve students within the education pathway system.
