المستخلص: This study aimed to describe a birth preparation for a pregnant women at the level of maternal and child health center (MCHC), within Proximity Public Health Establishment (PPHE of Medea). So a questionnaire intended for the (50) pregnant women who are distributed over (02) polyclinics. The results of the study were significant and diversified according to the hypotheses and confirm the results of a pre-survey carried out at the level of these (MCHC) which reveals the absence of knowledge about preparation for birth in 80% of pregnant women who attend these centers.
