هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة وقع إدارة رئيسات الأقسام التعليمية للأزمات في ضوء سمات القيادة الإبداعية (المسؤولية، والحساسية للمشكلات، والمرونة) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن، ومعرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في مجموع إجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى للمتغيرات التالية: سنوات الخدمة، ونوع الكلية، وعدد الدورات التدريبية في مجال إدارة الأزمات، وتقديم مقترحات تحسين إدارة رئيسات الأقسام التعليمية للأزمات من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة والتي تكونت من (٤٦) عبارة مقسمة على أربعة محاور (سمة القيادة الإبداعية المسؤولية، والحساسية للمشكلات، والمرونة، والمقترحات)، وتم توزيعها على مجتمع الدراسة وهم جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن والبالغ عددهن (٢٢٧١) واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (٧٠٠) عضو هيئة تدريس ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة بنسبة (30%)، وتم تحليل استجابات أفراد العينة باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية للوصول إلى النتائج، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: جاءت إدارة رئيسات الأقسام التعليمية للأزمات في ضوء سمة القيادة الإبداعية الحساسية للمشكلات بالمرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (٤,٦٠) وانحرف معياري بلغ (٠,٥٨٤)، يليه في المرتبة الثانية جاءت إدارة رئيسات الأقسام التعليمية للأزمات في ضوء سمة القيادة الإبداعية المرونة بنفس المتوسط الحسابي وهو (٤,٦٠) وانحراف معياري بلغ (٠,٥٨٨)، ثم في المرتبة الثالثة جاءت إدارة رئيسات الأقسام التعليمية للأزمات في ضوء سمة القيادة الإبداعية المسؤولية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (٤,٥٣) وانحرف معياري بلغ (0.613).
The study aimed to know the reality of managing female heads of educational departments for crises in light of the characteristics of creative leadership (responsibility, sensitivity to problems, and flexibility) from the viewpoint of the faculty members at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University, to improve the management of heads of educational departments for crises from the viewpoint of the faculty members at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method, and the questionnaire as a study tool, which consisted of (46) phrases divided into four axes (the feature creative leadership of responsibility, sensitivity to problems, flexibility, and proposals), and they were distributed to the study community and they are all members of the faculty of Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University And their number (2271), and the study sample included (700) faculty members representing the study community by (30%). The responses of the sample members were analyzed using statistical methods to reach the results. The study reached the following results: In light of the creative leadership sensitivity to problems, the department of school heads for crises came first, with an arithmetic mean of (4.60) and a standard deviation of (0.584), followed by the department of heads of educational departments for crises in light of the creative leadership elasticity characteristic with the same arithmetic mean (4.60) And a standard deviation of (0.588), then in the third place came the administration of the heads of educational departments for crises in light of the creative leadership responsibility attribute, with an arithmetic mean of (4.53) and a standard deviation of (0.613).
