المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الواقع الحالي للكليات التكنولوجية بمصر وما يتبعها من معاهد فنية صناعية، تحديد أوجه الاستفادة من خبرة اليابان في تطوير الكليات التكنولوجية بجمهورية مصر العربية، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع آليات مقترحة لتطوير منظومة الكليات التكنولوجية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي بجمهورية مصر العربية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج المقارن هو الأنسب لطبيعة هذه الدراسة، واقتصرت الدراسة الحالية على دراسة قضية تطوير الكليات التكنولوجية بمصر في ضوء الخبرة اليابانية وذلك لما لها من تجربة رائدة في ميدان التعليم التكنولوجي، ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود بعض أوجه قصور مرتبطة بواقع الكليات التكنولوجية بجمهورية مصر العربية، ومنها: عجز الكليات التكنولوجية عن تحقيق معظم الأهداف التي أسست من أجلها، وخاصة قيما يتعلق بتقديم خدمات للبيئة المحيطة، وضعف ملائمة معظم مؤهلات القائمين بالتدريس فيها خاصة من المعينين، ووجود فجوة كبيرة بين الكليات التكنولوجية المصرية، وما يتبعها من معاهد فنية صناعية وبين دول العالم المتقدمة صناعيا، وضعف الموازنة المالية الخاصة بتنفيذ التدريب، وفي ضوء ذلك تم تقديم آليات مقترحة لتطوير الكليات التكنولوجية بجمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء الخبرة اليابانية.

The study aimed to identify the current reality of technological colleges in Egypt and the industrial technical institutes that follow them, to identify ways to benefit from Japan's experience in developing technological colleges in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the study aimed to develop proposed mechanisms to develop the system of technological colleges in higher education institutions in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as The study used the comparative approach that is best suited to the nature of this study, and the current study was limited to studying the issue of developing technological colleges in Egypt in the light of Japanese experience because of its pioneering experience in the field of technological education, The study found that there are some deficiencies related to the reality of the technological colleges in the Arab Republic of Egypt, including: the inability of the technological colleges to achieve most of the goals for which they were established, especially the values related to providing services to the surrounding environment, and the weakness of the suitability of most of the qualifications of those who teach in them, especially those appointed. And the existence of a large gap between the Egyptian technological colleges, and the industrial technical institutes that follow, and the industrially developed countries of the world, and the weak financial budget for the implementation of training, and in light of this, proposed mechanisms for the development of technological colleges were presented. In the Arab Republic of Egypt in light of the Japanese experience.
