|a إن هذا البحث يقدم دراسة حول مفهوم المشاركة السياسية، وما هي الخصائص التي تتميز بها المشاركة السياسية، وما هي القنوات التي يمكن أن تحدث من خلالها المشاركة السياسية، وما هي العوامل التي تؤثر فيها، حيث أصبح موضوع المشاركة السياسية ومدى حجمها مقياسا حقيقيا لدرجة تطور النظم السياسية، وبوصفها العملية التي يمكن للمجتمع من خلالها أن يسهم ويؤثر في تقرير الشؤون العامة والأمور السياسية عبر آليات تعزز اهتمامه السياسي، وقنوات ترصن دوره السياسي في إطار العملية السياسية، وبلورة مصالحه وتجمعيها لممارس نوع من الضغط على النظام السياسي، من أجل اتخاذ قرارات تحقق هذه المصالح، ومما لاشك فيه أنها أصبحت التعبير الحقيقي عن ديمقراطية الحكم الحقيقية وليست الزائفة، فلا يمكن بأي حال من الأحوال تصور وجود نظام حكم ديمقراطي، دون مشاركة سياسية واسعة وحقيقية.
