المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى إظهار عظمة وكمال الشريعة الإسلامية في تناولها لجوانب الحياة المختلفة، وإظهار مدى أهمية الوحدة والاصطفاف والتعايش السلمي في مواجهة الأفكار المنحرفة لبعض الجماعات المتطرفة، ومن أجل تحقيق الأمن والاستقرار المجتمعي. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي؛ والذي يعنى باستقراء ما له علاقة بموضوع البحث من قواعد في الفقه والسياسة الشرعية، وبيان مدى ارتباطها بموضوع البحث. وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج، أهمها: أن التعاون والتعايش بين المختلفين هي وسيلة الجنس البشري لتحقيق الأمن والسلام، فلا ينبغي النظر للآخر على أنه عدو ينبغي قهره، ولكن على أنه إنسان مكرم ينبغي التعامل معه بصورة تحقق حريته وكرامته. وأن المعول عليه في استقرار أحوال البلاد؛ احترام أهل الاختصاص وتوقيرهم؛ لذلك يحذر البحث من الافتيات على العلماء في الحكم بالتكفير على الناس؛ لما له من أثر سلبي خطير يهدد أمن واستقرار المجتمعات، لذا لا يجوز تكفير أحد من المسلمين بمجرد ظن أو تأويل أو اجتهاد؛ لأن الإسلام الثابت بيقين لا يزول بالشك. ومن النتائج المهمة في هذا البحث أن الأمن هو الركيزة الأساسية ودعامة مهمة لتوفير الاستقرار، وأغلب الجرائم إنما تكون مسبوقة بفكر منحرف، لذا ينبغي معالجة ومجابهة الأفكار المنحرفة. لذا يحث البحث على ضرورة الاتحاد والائتلاف، ويحذر كل الحذر من الفرقة والاختلاف والتشرذم، والتحزب الذي يحول المجتمع إلى أطياف متنازعة، ويؤكد على أن كل جماعة أو حزب يدعو إلى الفرقة والاختلاف والتشرذم -أو يؤدي إليه -فهو غير مقبول ويجب نبذه.

The research aims to show the greatness and completeness of Islamic Sharia in dealing with various aspects of life, and to show the importance of unity, alignment, and peaceful coexistence in the face of the deviant ideas of some extremist groups, and in order to achieve security and social stability. The study was based on the inductive method; This is concerned with extrapolating the relevant rules of jurisprudence and legal policy to the subject matter and showing their relevance to the subject matter. The research yielded results, the most important of which is that cooperation and coexistence among the different is the means of the human race to achieve security and peace. The other should not be seen as an enemy that should be conquered, but as an honored human being who should be treated in a way that achieves his freedom and dignity. that the country should be stabilized; Respecting and respecting the persons of competence; Hence, research warns against slander against scientists in judging people as infidels; Because of its serious negative impact on the security and stability of societies, no Muslim should be considered infidels by mere thought, interpretation or ijtihad; because the established Islam with certainty will not disappear with doubt. An important result of this research is that security is the main pillar and an important pillar of stability, and that most crimes are preceded by deviant thinking, so perverted ideas must be addressed and confronted. Therefore, the research urges the need for unity and alliance, and warns of all caution against division, discord, and fragmentation, and the party that turns society into a conflicting spectrum, and emphasizes that every group or party that calls for division, discord, and division- or that leads to it- is unacceptable and must be discarded.
