المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات استخدام التعلم الإلكتروني في تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية من وجه نظر الطلاب في كلية التربية ابن رشد. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي واختارت عينة عشوائية ضمت (٢٣٥) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة كلية التربية ابن/رشد من الأقسام غير المتخصصة. استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة لأنها الأداة المناسبة لاستطلاع آراء أفراد العينة. تكونت الاستبانة من (30) فقرة. وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الاستبانة. تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة واستخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، وأظهرت النتائج أن عدد المفردات التي اعتبرت معوقات بلغت (١١) فقرة من أصل (٣٠) فقرة تضمنتها الدراسة في ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

E-learning is one of the most important technological innovations that expands the boundaries of learning, as learning can take place in the classroom and at home. It also saves time, effort and cost. Despite this importance of e-learning, it still faces some obstacles, whether educational or technical obstacles. This study aims to identify the obstacles to using e-learning in learning English language (headway plus) from students’ point of view in College of Education/Ibn Rushed. To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach and chose a random sample that includes (535) male and female students from college of education Ibn/Rushed of non-specialized departments. The researcher used a questionnaire since it is the appropriate tool to explore the opinions of the sample members. The questionnaire consisted of (30) item. After insuring the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. It was distributed to the study sample. The researcher used the appropriate statistical methods, the results show that the number of items that were considered as obstacles amounted to (11) out of (30) items included in the study. In the light of the results, conclusion, and some recommendation putting forward.
