|a الملاحظ أنه في ظل التطور الإلكتروني المتسارع، سرعة البرق، والذي ألقى بظلاله على جميع مجالات الحياة، السياسية، الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، برزت عدة ظواهر جديدة، من قبيل التجارة الإلكترونية والاقتصاد الرقمي والعملات الافتراضية، والتي أصبحت مثار جدل الاقتصاديين والفقهاء المعاصرين، بين مؤيد ومعارض، وبين مجيز ومحرم، وهي في طريق الاعتراف بتداولها في بعض دول العالم، بل واعتمادها كعملة على غرار باقي العملات، مما يجب على المتخصصين أن يعملوا على بيان حقيقتها بغية ضبط التعامل بها بضوابط الشرع، وذلك حفاظاً على ديمومة الحياة الاقتصادية من جهة، وبهدف دفع التعثر أو الأزمة الاقتصادية التي ربما تحصل بسببها إذا لم تضبط بضوابط أو لم تقنن بقانون.
