|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم نموذج مقترح لدور إدارة المعرفة في دعم الابتكار بأمانة محافظة جدة، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه توظيف إدارة المعرفة في دعم الابتكار بأمانة محافظة جدة، والتعرف على السبل والمقترحات التي تزيد من دور إدارة المعرفة في دعم الابتكار بأمانة محافظة جدة. واستخدمت الدراسة في سبيل تحقيق تلك الأهداف المنهج المسحي وأسلوب مجموعة التركيز، واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: حصول الصعوبات التي تواجه توظيف إدارة المعرفة في دعم الابتكار بأمانة محافظة جدة، على متوسط حسابي بلغ (3.97) ودرجة موافقة (أوافق)، وحصول السيل والمقترحات التي تزيد من دور إدارة المعرفة في دعم الابتكار بأمانة محافظة جدة، على متوسط حسابي بلغ (4.15) ودرجة موافقة (أوافق). كما أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها: إنشاء وحدة تنظيمية خاصة بإدارة المعرفة يقع على عاتقها تطبيق إدارة المعرفة وتنسيق الجهود وتوحيدها في هذا المجال، وتبني النموذج المقترح لدور إدارة المعرفة في دعم الابتكار بأمانة محافظة جدة.
|b The study aimed to introduce a proposed model of the role of innovation support at Jeddah Municipality, as it has aimed to recognize the difficulties facing the use of knowledge management in innovation support at Jeddah Municipality, and recognizing the methods and suggestions that increases the role of knowledge management in innovation support at Jeddah Municipality. The study has used Survey method and Focus group method, and a questionnaire was used for data collection. The study has concluded a number of results including: Accruing of difficulties facing the use of knowledge management in innovation support at Jeddah Municipality, on an Arithmetic average of (3.97) and an approval rate (agree). The Accruing of methods and suggestions that increases the role of knowledge management in innovation support at Jeddah Municipality, on an Arithmetic average of (4.15) and an approval rate (agree). The study has presented a number of recommendations including: Create an organizational unit specialized in knowledge management that is responsible for the implementation of knowledge management and coordinating the efforts in this field. and to build the proposed model of the role of knowledge management in innovation support at Jeddah Municipality.
