|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى التزام المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية -جيجل- بالإجراءات المنظمة لإدارة النفايات الطبية المنصوص عليها في القانون الجزائري، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل النصوص القانونية ذات الصلة، وعلى أداتي المقابلة والملاحظة والتقارير الرسمية لتشخيص واقع إدارة النفايات بالمؤسسة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود التزام من طرف المؤسسة بإجراءات الفرز الصحيح للنفايات، في حين سجلت العديد من أوجه الضعف في عمليات مناولتها خاصة عمليتي الجمع والتخزين، فضلا عن عدم وجود وعي كاف بمخاطرها الصحية والبيئية. على ضوء هذه النتائج تقترح الدراسة تنصيب شخص مسؤول بشكل مباشر يتولى متابعة إجراءات إدارة النفايات الطبية بالمؤسسة، والقيام بتدريب العاملين على التداول الصحيح للنفايات، وتحسيسهم بمخاطرها الجسيمة على الصحة والبيئة.
|b This study aims to identify the extent to which the Public Establishment for Proximity Health is committed to the procedures governing the management of medical wastes provided for in Algerian law. The study adopted the analytical descriptive approach to analyzing relevant legal texts, as well as the interview, the observation, and official reports to diagnose the reality of the establishment’s waste management The study concluded the establishment’s commitment to segregate waste properly. However, many weaknesses were recorded in waste handling, especially collection and storage, as well as insufficient awareness of the waste’s health and environmental risks. In light of these findings, the study proposes to appoint a directly responsible person to follow up on the establishment’s medical waste management procedures, train workers in the proper handling of waste, and sensitize them to its serious risks to health and the environment.
