المستخلص: This research aims to show the impact of the company's value on the market value of shares of commercial banks listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange. Where the research problem focused on showing the extent of the relationship between the value of the company and the market value of the shares, and whether there is a statistical effect between the two variables. Where this relationship was examined through the research sample represented by (5) commercial banks for the period from 2015- 2020 and the results showed that there is a positive and significant influence relationship of the company's value on the market value of shares for those banks the research sample. Where it was concluded that the studied model between the two variables is closely compatible with the phenomenon under study, and the researcher has concluded that the value of the company has a positive effect in increasing the market value of the shares. 85.3%) and the highest impact was on the Gulf Commercial Bank, and the researcher recommends expanding academic research on the value of the company and the extent of the impact on the market value, or adding or deleting a variable due to the lack of studies on the subject of the research.
