المستخلص: اِزداد الاهتمام بالتربية ومقوماتها في عصرنا اِزديادًا كبيرًا في جميع المجتمعات سواء المتطورة منها أو الناشئة، ولقد كان هذا الاهتمام اِستجابة طبيعية لما يموج به هذا العصر من أحداث سياسية واِجتماعية واِقتصادية، وحاولت التربية أن تتكيف مع هذه الأحداث، وتستجيب لها بالاِعتماد على فلسفة تعليمية تقود العملية التربوية وترشدها، والمجتمع الجزائري كغيره من المجتمعات حاول بدوره الاهتمام بمسألة التربية والتعليم باعتبارها من أهم المرتكزات التي تؤدي إلى التطور والرقي الحضاري. هذا التطور المرتبط بمدى قوة النظام التربوي للدولة، لهذا نجد الاهتمام الكبير من الفلاسفة والعلماء والمختصين بالمجال التربوي وإصلاحه، ويعد العلامة عبد الحميد ابن باديس واحدًا من أبرز العلماء الجزائريين الذين كرسوا حياتهم وجهدهم من أجل تقويم وإصلاح المنظومة التربوية في الجزائر. لقد اهتم عبد الحميد ابن باديس ببناء شخصية الإنسان وإعداده إعدادًا تربويًا من جميع النواحي: الروحية والأخلاقية والعقلية. فتربيته شاملة متكاملة، اهتمت بالدنيا والآخرة على حدٍ سواء، ومن هذا المنطلق نطرح الإشكالية التالية: ما هي أهم المقومات التي اعتمد عليها ابن باديس في تأسيس مشروعه التربوي؟ وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة: في التركيز على المقومات الروحية والأخلاقية والعقلية والإنسانية عند ابن باديس. ويرجع سبب اختيار الموضوع إلى نقص الدراسات في هذا المجال. أي البحوث المتعلقة برواد الفكر التربوي الجزائري وخاصة عند طلاب قسم الفلسفة، كما يرجع كذلك إلى رغبتنا في توضيح الدور الفعال للشيخ ابن باديس في إصلاح الوضع التربوي في الجزائر ونبين أن هناك فعلاً أعلام في الفكر التربوي الجزائري تستحق أن تكون موضوع بحث ودراسة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مقومات التربية عند الشيخ عبد الحميد ابن باديس، وأن التربية عنده شاملة لجميع الجوانب الإنسانية وهي تربية للجسم والروح والعقل معًا، وتهدف إلى الانفتاح على الآخر وتكوين الإنسان وتنمية قدراته المعرفية والأخلاقية والاجتماعية والسياسية.

The interest in education and its components in our time has increased greatly in all societies, whether developed or emerging, and this interest was a natural response to the political, social and economic events that are raging in this era, and education has tried to adapt to these events and respond to them by relying on an educational philosophy that leads the process Education and its guidance, and the Algerian society, like other societies, tried in turn to pay attention to the issue of education as one of the most important pillars that lead to the development and advancement of civilization. This development is related to the strength of the educational system of the state, for this we find great interest from philosophers, scientists and specialists in the field of education and its reform, and the scholar Abdel Hamid Ibn Badis is one of the most prominent Algerian scholars who devoted their lives and efforts to evaluate and reform the educational system in Algeria. Abd al-Hamid Ibn Badis was concerned with building the human personality and preparing him educationally in all respects: spiritual, moral and mental , so his education is comprehensive as it cares for both the world and the hereafter , from this standpoint we pose the following problem : What are the most important elements that Ibn Badis relied on in establishing his educational project? The importance of this study lies in focusing on the spiritual, moral, rational and human elements of Ibn Badis. The reason for choosing the topic is due to the lack of studies in this field, i.e. research related to the pioneers of Algerian educational thought, especially among students of the Department of Philosophy. It also refers to our desire to clarify the effective role of Sheikh Ibn Badis in reforming the educational situation in Algeria, and we show that there are indeed figures in Algerian educational thought that deserve to be the subject of research and study. This study aims to determine the elements of education according to Sheikh Abdul Hamid Ibn Badis, and that education in his view includes all aspects of humanity, which is an education for the body, spirit and mind together, and aims at openness to the other, the formation of the human being and the development of his cognitive, moral, social and political capabilities.
