المستخلص: يتغير التواصل السياسي باستمرار في ارتباطه بالعملية السياسية وخاصة أثناء التحولات نحو تكريس القيم الديمقراطية، وبالتالي، من الضروري دراسة الشكل الجديد للخطاب الذي يقصد به أن يكون أكثر فاعلية من أجل إضفاء الشرعية على الإصلاحات المتوقعة. في هذا الصدد، يحاول هذا المقال، وفقا لمنهج وظيفي، دراسة المساهمة العملية لتواصل الفاعلين السياسيين بالتزامن مع التغيرات الظرفية في المجال السياسي.

Political communication is constantly changing in correlation with the political process and especially during transitions towards the consecration of democratic values. Thus, it is necessary to study the new form of discursiveness which aims to be more functional in order to legitimize the expected reforms. To this end, this present article attempts to study, according to a functionalist approach, the actionable contribution of the communication of the political actors in concomitance with the conjunctural change of the political field.

La communication politique est en perpétuel changement en corrélation avec le processus politique et surtout lors des transitions vers la consécration des valeurs démocratiques. Ainsi, il est nécessaire d'étudier la nouvelle forme de discursivité qui se veut davantage fonctionnelle afin de légitimer les réformes escomptées. À cet effet, ce présent article tente d'étudier, selon une approche fonctionnaliste, l'apport actionnel de la communication des acteurs politiques en concomitance au changement conjoncturel du champ politique.
