المستخلص: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of financial liberalization reforms on the performance of the Algerian banking system. The results conclude in favor of a negative impact. Financial liberalization in Algeria has not stimulated the growth of stable bank savings and has not reduced the cost of corporate financing.

L’objectif de cette étude est de déterminer l’effet des réformes de libéralisation financière sur la performance du système bancaire Algérien. Les résultats concluent en faveur d’un impact négatif. La libéralisation financière en Algérie n’a pas stimulé la croissance de l’épargne stable bancaire et n’a pas permis de réduire le coût de financement des entreprises.
