|b From a survey among 105 family farmers in three communes in Djelfa region of Algeria, associated with statistic test, the analysis drew out the social network that connect the actors to family farming and resources dotation. The forms of this social network analysis were in terms of resources, themselves based on social capital in applied microeconomics. The study explained how the family farmers used these resources they had according to their specificity to identify the potential sources of their competitivity. The findings showed that the relation human capital/social capital and affiliation to formal organizations rate was 65,71% with a very significative linear correlation coefficient (r=1) for the family farming with high level of human capital. The findings showed also how familiarism and attachment towards informal networking (97, 14% with an significative correlation (r=0,98) like resources and organizational aptitudes were not specifics for farmers in the region but provided particularities and were not rigid as we supposed. They palliated, in a decisive manner, the human capital failures and the structural social capital in order to obtain maximum sustainable advantages for their farms. For the specific use of these findings, stakeholders in this given area will use it as a basis in order to suggest, for instance, the policy making for local capacities development for producers and resources management.
