|a باعتبار المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات قضية مهمة في الأعمال التجارية الدولية، هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الأنشطة التي يجب أن تتخذها الشركات لكي ينظر إليها على أنها مسؤولة اجتماعيا، ولتحقيق ذلك قمنا بعرض بعض التجارب لشركات عالمية ناجحة في مجال تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات تتمثل في (The LEGO Group, Salesforce, Starbucks) فأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أهم الأنشطة لتعزيز واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الشركات الثلاثة المذكورة سابقا، تتمثل في مراعاة الجوانب الأخلاقية والخيرية، والمساهمة في التنمية الاجتماعية والبيئية. بالإضافة إلى التزام Group LEGO بالاستدامة.
|b Considering corporate social responsibility an important issue in international business, this study aimed to identify the activities that companies must take in order to be seen as socially responsible, and to achieve this we presented some experiences of successful international companies in the field of corporate socially responsibile represented in (The LEGO Group, Salesforce, Starbucks). The results of the study indicated that the most important activities to enhance the reality of social responsibility for the three companies mentioned above, are taking into account the ethical and charitable aspects, and contributing to social and environmental development. In addition to the LEGO Group's commitment to sustainability.
