|a موضوع البحث: تعددت مصادر تلقي المعلومة في عصرنا الحاضر، وتساهل بعض الناس في طلب الفتوى، فكلما نزلت بأحد مسألة بحث عن حكمها في مواقع الإنترنت أو تلقاها عن وسائل التواصل أو القنوات الفضائية مباشرة أو تسجيلا، دو اعتبار لمصدر الفتوى وأهلية المفتي، وهو ما أعقب فوضى الاستفتاء وعدم استشعار المستفتي مسؤوليته في طلب الفتوى. هدفه: بيان أسباب فوضى الاستفتاء، وأبرز معالمه وآثاره، وسبل علاجه والوقاية منه. منهجه: الاستقراء ثم الوصف والتحليل. نتائجه: الوعي بمسؤولية المستفتي في الحذر عن الوقوع في أسباب فوضى الاستفتاء، والإسهام في علاجه والوقاية منه، ودور العلماء وولاة الأمر في الحد من فوضى الاستفتاء
|b Research subject: There are several sources of information in our contemporary time, and people have shown laxity in seeking for fatwa (religious verdict), whenever someone is faced with a new issue, they will first of all search for its ruling on the internet or on the mass media or on the satellite channels either live or recorded, without considering the source of the fatwa and the qualification of the mufti (juris-consult), which has led to chaos in fatwa giving and nonchalant attitude by the fatwa seekers in seeking fatwa. Aim of the research: Explaining the causes for chaos in seeking for fatwa, and its most significant features and effects, and the ways of solving it and its prevention. Methodology: Induction then description and analysis. Findings: Awareness about the responsibility of the fatwa seeker in being conscious of not falling into the causes of chaos in fatwa seeking, and contributing to solving it and preventing it, and the role of scholars and leaders in containing chaos un fatwa seeking.
