المستخلص: الشيء المعروف عن المجتمع القبائلي اعتماده على الأعراف، العادات والتقاليد في جل قضاياه، سواء تعلق الأمر بالزواج، الميراث أو تسيير مختلف أمور الدنيا، وأهم موضوع يتبادر إلى الأذهان هي واقع ومكانة المرأة القبائلية في هذا النظام القبلي الذي همشها معتبرا ميلاد البنت في العائلة شؤما وحزنا، وهذا لخوفهم على شرفهم وعرضهم وكذا للحفاظ على ممتلكاتهم وضمان استمرارية النسب بإنجابهم للذكور، وخاصة مع دخول الأجانب إلى الجزائر مما زاد خوفهم على أراضيهم فحرموا البنات من الميراث حيث تستفيد من خيرات بيت والدها إلى غاية وفاته، لكن مع مرور الوقت وبروز المرأة في مختلف المجالات سواء في الكفاح ضد المستعمر الفرنسي وحتى مساهماتها في الحركة البنائية بعد الاستقلال، أكسبها مكانة راقية باعتلائها مناصب مختلفة كانت سابقا حكرا على الرجال، وإسهاماتها في تطوير وضعها في ظل التنشئة الاجتماعية التي مازالت تميل للذكور، رغم نجاحاتها ومساعدتها لعائلتها والدور البارز الذي تلعبه في المجتمع.

The family is miserable and sad, and this is because they fear for their honor and honor, as well as to preserve their property and ensure the continuity of lineage by giving birth to males, especially with the entry of invaders and foreigners to Algeria in general and the Kabylie region in particular, which increased their fear for their lands, so they deprived girls and women of Inheritance where you benefit from the wealth of a father’s house until his death and do not own a share in his property so as not to allow a foreign man to enter the family property, But with the passage of time and the emergence of women in various fields and their standing side by side with their male brother, both in the struggle against the French colonialists and even their contributions to the movement and the constructive revolution after independence, earned her a prestige equal to men by assuming various positions that were previously the preserve of men, This is clearly evident in her current position in various fields and her contributions to the development of her position in light of the socialization that still tends to males, despite her successes and assistance to her family and the prominent role she plays in society.
