|a تأتي هذه الدراسة لتبين: كيف يؤثر اللفظ في الأحكام الشرعية؟ مما يستدعي الإجابة عن التساؤلات الفرعية الآتية: ما حقيقة اللفظ لغةً واصطلاحًا؟ وما علاقته بالمعنى؟ وما هو حكمه الشرعي؟ وما هي آثاره الفقهية على مستوى العقيدة، والأسرة والمعاملات المالية، والعقوبات الشرعية؟ حيث توصلت إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: اللفظ شرط لدخول المرء الإسلام، ومن أسباب خروجه منه، وهو شرط في عقد النكاح، وقد يكون سببًا في انحلاله بالطلاق أو اللعان أو الظهار أو الإيلاء، وله أثر في كثير من المعاملات المالية وسبب لعقوبات شرعية في الدنيا والآخرة.

Which calls for answering the following sub-questions: What is the truth of the pronunciation, linguistically and idiomatically? What is its relationship to meaning? What is its legal ruling? And what are its jurisprudential effects on the level of belief, family, financial transactions, and legal penalties? Where it reached several results, the most important of which are: The wording is a condition for a person to enter Islam, and one of the reasons for his departure from it, and it is a condition in the marriage contract, and it may be a reason for its dissolution by divorce, li’aan, forgiving or giving, It has an impact on many financial transactions and a reason for legal penalties in this world and the hereafter.
