|a يعد التواصل وسيلة لتحقيق الأهداف وإنجاز الأعمال، فالإنسان حين يضع نصب عينه هدفا معينا فإنه لا يستطيع تحقيقه دون أن يتواصل مع غيره من الناس، لأنهم مسخرين لخدمة بعضهم البعض، كما أن سنة الحياة الدنيا مبنية على التعاون وتبادل الخبرات والمهارات بين الناس، فكل واحد لديه ما يميزه عن غيره، وبالتالي يشكل التواصل فرصة لتبادل المهارات والخبرات التي تؤدي إلى تحقيق الأهداف وإنجاز الأعمال. هو إذا عملية أساسية لنقل المعارف والأفكار والتفاهم بين الناس في جميع المجالات، ولا يتحقق إلا بشروط حتى تحقق العملية التواصلية أهدافها المتوخاة سواء على المستوى المنطوق أو المستوى المكتوب لفظيا كان أو مكتوبا.
|b Communication is a means to achieve goals and accomplish work. When a person sets himself a specific goal, he cannot achieve it without communicating with other people, because they are harnessed to serve each other, and the Sunnah of this worldly life is based on cooperation and the exchange of experiences and skills among people. One has something that distinguishes him from another, and therefore communication constitutes an opportunity to exchange skills and experiences that lead to achieving goals and accomplishing work. It is therefore an essential process for transferring knowledge, ideas and understanding between people in all fields, and it is achieved only on conditions until the communicative process achieves its intended goals, both at the verbal level and the written one.
