المستخلص: شهدت فترة الحروب الصليبية مساهمة العديد من الأسر الأوروبية المعروفة بعراقتها وذات شهرة واسعة لاسيما تلك التي لديها سلطة حكم على بعض المدن والمقاطعات في مختلف دول أوربا الغربية أو تلك التي ترتبط بصلات قربى أو نسب بملوك أوربا، وكانت أسرة لوزجنان إحدى هذه الأسر التي سجل لها التاريخ مساهمة في تلك الحروب بدءا من الجد الأعلى لهذه الأسرة وهو هيوغ السادس ثم عميد أسرة لوزجنان هيوغ الثامن لكنهما لم يحققا الشهرة كما حققها أبناءهم من الجيل الثاني وهم جاي لوزجنان واملريك وجودفري أبناء هيوغ الثامن. وكانت هذه الأسرة من الأسر النبيلة وقد حكمت مقاطعة بواتيه غرب فرنسا، وارتبطت هذه الأسرة برابطة القربى بملوك بريطانيا من آل بلانتجنت وهي أسرة الملك ريتشارد قلب الأسد، وبرز من هذه الأسرة أصغر أبنائها وهو جاي لوزيجنان بعد أن تزوج من الأميرة سيبيلا ابنة الملك عموري الأول ملك بيت المقدس.

One of the sons of this family was count Jay Lussenyan who was an outstanding one this family he was the younst sons of hayog the eighth, Amalrec, Lussenyan and Godfrey. But this one who made a wide reputation was Jay Lussenyan after he got married from princess sibila a daughter of king Amalrec the first and his brothr king Baldwin the foueth (Leprous). She wasthe heiress of Jerusalem kingdom therone. his coming to east was for the sake of marriage of the princess according to the request of the royal eourt he was a young smaut attractive an, he got married and became the king Jerusalem in spite of the opposition he faced from the erusde princes and Barons council. the king Jay was not characterized with the features of kings, reckless, stupid breaking promises, oathless and of little experience in roling the crusade kingdom. Therefore, he didn’t get erough support from the Barons of the kingdom except som such as: queen Agnis Courntey the widow of king Amalric and Sibilas mother. and the precautions that must be followed in the maintenance operations and then the appendix that Photographs of the buildings included in the study are included.
