|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الأزمات الرياضية المالية داخل مراكز الشباب بمحافظة الدقهلية في ظل جائحة كورونا، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، باستخدام الأسلوب المسحي في الدراسة نظر لملائمته لطبيعة البحث وتحقيقا لأهدافه، واستخدم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وحيث اشتملت العينة الاستطلاعية على (٣٠) فرد بنسبة (6.4%) من العينة الأساسية وبلغت عينة البحث (٣١٨) فردا من أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، ومديري مراكز الشباب بمحافظة الدقهلية، وكانت أهم النتائج ما يلى: ضعف الإمكانات المادية والدعم المقدم من وزارة الشباب والرياضة لمراكز الشباب ضرورة إنشاء إدارات كالاستثمار الرياضي وإدارة التسويق الرياضي داخل مراكز الشباب، وضرورة وجود أفراد مؤهلين ومتخصصين للعمل داخل مراكز الشباب، ووضع نموذج مقترح لمواجهة الأزمات المالية بمراكز الشباب بمحافظة الدقهلية في ظل جائحة كورونا.
|b The research aims to identify financial sports crises within the youth centers in Daqahliya province in the light of the Corona pandemic, and the researcher used the descriptive method, using the method survey in the study due to its suitability to the nature of the research and to achieve its objectives, and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data, and where the survey sample included (30) individuals (6.4%) of the basic sample and reached the sample of research (318) members of the Board of Directors, and the directors of youth centers in Daqahliya province, the most important results were: The lack of material resources and support provided by the Ministry of Youth and Sports to youth centers the need to establish departments such as sports investment and sports marketing department within youth centers, and the need for qualified and specialized personnel to work within youth centers, and the development of a proposed model to deal with financial crises in youth centers in Daqahliya governorate under the Corona pandemic.
